
As an Inside Sales Representative at WeAssemble, you will play a critical role in generating new business and managing existing customer relationships. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, qualifying leads, and nurturing them into long-term business relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Sales Qualification: Qualify leads through discovery calls and email communication to determine their needs, and introduce WeAssemble’s products/services.
- Product/Service Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings and demos to showcase WeAssemble’s IT solutions and services tailored to client needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Accurately track all sales activities in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups to move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Negotiation & Closing: Collaborate with the sales team to close deals, negotiate pricing, and overcome objections to secure business.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between lead generation efforts and sales processes.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to the sales manager on lead progress, sales forecast, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services (such as software development, cloud solutions, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales reporting tools.
- Results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
