What you would do: 

  • Contribute to building and delivering the vision, strategy, and product roadmap for driving creator acquisition and growth 
  • Analyze the creator lifecycle, including the acquisition, retention, and conversion phases, and deploy experiments to improve overall lifetime value (LTV) and decrease churn. 
  • Inspire and motivate a team of designers, product managers and engineers to achieve ambitious outcomes 
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams from design, product, content, finance and legal teams 
  • Understand and influence the roadmaps of other product teams and our broader product strategy

  • 5+ years in product management with experience driving growth on a consumer-facing product
