Job Requirements:

• Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow-up on leads assigned.
•  Build a strong relationship/Trust with customers by Understanding the customer.
•  Process the Revenue generation by following Cold calling and follow-ups frequently.
•  Strong to give Demos/Presentations to the clients online and convert them to potential clients.
•  Strong enough to give revenue to the company and able to deliver results on time.
•  Motivated enough to do marketing Research on different CRM applications/software as per the client’s requirements.
•  Requirements, Explain the product or service to potential customers and suggest the right products to the customers.
•  Handling customer queries and resolving the issues related to them.
•  He/she should have great communication and convincing skills and be able to reach targets.
•  He/She should be okay to give the physical demos if necessary or if requested by the client in rare cases.

Requirements and Skills:

• Experience in using CRM.
• B2B experience is a plus

• C#, OOPS,MS SQL, MVC

• Act as an important team member who can play key role in software development activities.
• Can bridge between Team Lead and Software Engineers
• Understand and implement new requirements with maintaining the existing application

• Strong background with C#, OOPS, Databases and SQL MS SQL
• Sound Knowledge on OOPS concepts and hands-on on OOP.
• Strong skills in troubleshooting the code, problem-solving and thinking skills.
• Nice to have Knowledge SSRS and Crystal Reporting Tool.
• Database concepts and PL/SQL queries (Stored procedures, Functions, Triggers etc).
• .Net Core.
• Entity framework or Other ORM tools.

• Implement best practices for the engineering team across code hygiene, overall architecture design, testing, and deployment activities
• Drive technical decisions for building data pipelines, data lakes, and analyst access.
• Act as a leader within the engineering team, providing support and mentorship for teammates across functions
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent job experience
• Experienced developer in large data environments
• Experience using Git productively in a team environment
• Experience with Docker
• Experience with Amazon Web Services
• Ability to sit with business or technical SMEs to listen, learn and propose technical solutions to business problems

• Take prospect from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone
• Generate revenue by pitching prospects and converting them to sales.
• Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals
• Respond quickly to assigned leads
• Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
• Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
