Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Content Writer who can create engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong command over language, an eye for detail, and the ability to write compelling stories that connect with our audience. Experience in healthcare, wellness, nutrition, women’s health, or lifestyle content will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop high-quality content for blogs, articles, product descriptions, landing pages, email campaigns, and social media.

·        Research industry-related topics, health trends, and product benefits to generate original content.

·        Write clear, SEO-friendly content to increase website visibility and traffic.

·        Collaborate with marketing teams to develop content strategies aligned with brand goals.

·        Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, and tone consistency.

·        Create educational and promotional content for Miror wellness programs and products.

·        Repurpose long-form content into short-form for social media and newsletters.

·        Work closely with designers, video editors, and marketing leads to build impactful campaigns.

·        Ensure content meets deadlines and brand quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.

·        2–5 years of experience in content writing or copywriting.

·        Excellent command over English (written and verbal).

·        Strong research and storytelling skills.

·        Ability to adapt writing style for different platforms and audiences.

·        Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.

·        Basic understanding of digital marketing and social media content strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Material & Production Quality Control

 Inspect incoming façade materials (aluminum profiles, glass, brackets, sealants,

fasteners, etc.) for compliance with approved specifications.

 Monitor façade fabrication processes, including cutting, machining, assembly, and

glazing to ensure adherence to quality standards.

 Verify proper calibration and operation of machinery used in façade production.

 Conduct in-process and final inspections of façade panels and units.

2. Installation Site Quality Control

 Inspect façade installation on-site, ensuring alignment, fixing, sealing, waterproofing,

and thermal insulation meet approved drawings and method statements.

 Monitor installation tolerances, anchorage systems, and structural safety

requirements.

 Identify non-conformities at the site and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

3. Testing & Compliance

 Conduct or supervise façade-related tests such as water penetration tests, air

infiltration tests, structural load tests, adhesion tests, and visual inspections.

 Ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards (ASTM, BS,

EN, ISO), and local building regulations.

 Prepare and maintain test reports, inspection checklists, and NCRs (Non-

Conformance Reports).

4. Documentation & Reporting

 Maintain detailed QC documentation including ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), MIRs

(Material Inspection Requests), WIRs (Work Inspection Requests), and QC daily

logs.

 Support QA/QC Manager in compiling QA documentation for project handover.

 Track and follow up on corrective actions and improvements.

5. Coordination & Communication

 Coordinate with production supervisors, site engineers, project managers, and

subcontractors regarding quality issues.

 Participate in quality meetings, site inspections, and audits.

 Provide technical guidance and training on quality procedures for façade works.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

 Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering,

Architecture, or related field.

Experience

 2–7 years of experience in façade QC, curtain wall systems, cladding, or

aluminum/glass fabrication.

 Knowledge of façade materials, production processes, and installation techniques.

Technical Skills

 Familiarity with quality standards: ASTM, EN, BS, ISO.

 Ability to read engineering drawings and façade shop drawings.

 Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITPs, and NCR management.

 Understanding of façade testing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
