Job Role: Paid Media Lead

Experience Level: 6 + Years

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media – paid search, display, video, and social platforms

● Manage all aspects of campaign configuration, launch, and ongoing optimization – including strategy, ad copywriting, data-based optimization, budget/billing management, and ad trafficking

● Troubleshoot, problem-solve, and find creative solutions to client-specific needs

● Assist creative team with ad creation through copywriting and strategic direction

● Identify optimization opportunities, including continuous testing of ad copy and landing pages, including A/B testing

● Ensure campaigns are meeting clearly defined conversion objectives

● Create and deliver meaningful analytics and reporting to monitor and show progress

● Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies

● Maintaining the team strength at all times

Requirements:

● 6+ years of experience in Paid Media.

● Proficiency in English both written and spoken.

● Result oriented performance.

● Excellent Communication & Analytical Skills.

● Should have a minimum of 4 years of agency experience.

Role Responsibilities: 

Following are high level responsibilities that you will play but not limited to: 

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of modern data pipelines, data models, and ETL/ELT processes.
• Architect and optimize data lake and warehouse solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Enable business analytics and self-service reporting through Power BI and other visualization tools.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business users to deliver reliable and high-performance data solutions.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering or data platform development, with at least 2–3 years in a lead or architect role.
• Strong hands-on experience in one or more of the following:
• Microsoft Fabric (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Data Warehouse)
• Databricks (Spark, Delta Lake, PySpark, MLflow)
• Snowflake (Data Warehousing, Snowpipe, Performance Optimization)
• Power BI (Data Modeling, DAX, Report Development)
• Proficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python or Scala.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud data services.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data governance, security, and CI/CD practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in a senior design role within a media agency or similar environment, with a focus on corporate branding and packaging design.

- Proven track record of leading successful corporate branding and packaging design projects, with a portfolio that showcases your creative prowess.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required.

• Write clear quality code for SketchUp plugins using Ruby and JS
• Interact with the software architecture team and convert ideas into workable features
• Interact with UX designers and convert the designs to workable UI
• Interact with REST APIs to fetch and push data

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Angular.js, Angular, or Vue.js.
• 2 years minimum experience with React is highly preferred and currently utilizing React in their current job.
• Strong coding experience in JavaScript (or TypeScript), HTML, and CSS.
• Passion about UI development and UX design
• Shown proven success in delivering high-quality front end applications
• Fluency in the understanding of SQL and databases (relational or non-relational)
