Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Agentic Lead to drive the architecture, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade Agentic AI platforms.

This role requires deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), multi-agent systems, autonomous AI workflows, RAG architectures, and scalable AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead the development of intelligent AI ecosystems capable of reasoning, planning, memory management, tool utilization, and real-time decision execution.

You will work closely with product, engineering, blockchain, and leadership teams to define Antier’s AI vision and deliver scalable, production-ready AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and build advanced Agentic AI systems with autonomous reasoning, planning, and execution capabilities.
• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration frameworks for enterprise workflows and intelligent automation.
• Develop LLM-powered platforms using RAG pipelines, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases.
• Build AI copilots, autonomous assistants, AI-driven analytics systems, and decision intelligence platforms.
• Design AI systems with memory, context retention, tool integration, and adaptive learning capabilities.
• Lead the architecture of scalable AI microservices and distributed backend systems.
• Define and implement AI infrastructure, MLOps pipelines, observability, governance, and model lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with Web3 and blockchain teams to integrate AI capabilities into decentralized ecosystems.
• Evaluate emerging AI frameworks, orchestration tools, and foundational model technologies.
• Drive technical strategy, innovation initiatives, and AI best practices across the organization.
• Mentor and lead high-performing AI engineering teams.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, security, and performance optimization of AI systems in production environments.

Required Skills & ExpertiseAgentic AI & LLM Ecosystems

• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, or similar models.
• Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent.
• Deep understanding of:
• Prompt engineering
• Fine-tuning methodologies
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Multi-agent orchestration
• AI memory systems
• Tool calling and reasoning workflows
• Autonomous AI execution frameworks

AI/ML & Software Engineering

• Strong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and Generative AI.

• Strong expertise in distributed systems, scalable architectures, and API engineering.

Cloud, Infrastructure & MLOps

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP AI ecosystems.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and scalable cloud-native deployments.
• Strong understanding of:
• CI/CD pipelines
• MLOps frameworks
• AI observability and monitoring
• Model governance and lifecycle management

Data & AI Infrastructure

• Experience handling large-scale datasets, ETL pipelines, and real-time processing systems.
• Familiarity with:
• Vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, ChromaDB)

• Knowledge graphs
• AI data orchestration systems

Good to Have

UI Architect / Developer

1.       A must have skills is Angular. NodeJs preferred but can be replaced with anything on server side scripting.  

a.       70% work for this role in angular based. At architect role without server side scripting understanding doesn’t a right fit. 

b.       Someone who can take sound decision for overall interaction with backend.  

c.        There are components written in node (Control Manager and aith server) which we have intentions to align with UI architect.  

d.       Given Node is technology primary in java script (same as angular), generally we are seeing people who have earlier exposure or are confident to pick it with little learning. But we would not penalize anyone who is week in node, but champ in angular for this role.
