Job Overview:

As a Graphic Design Intern focused on social media, you will support our team in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain

hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

● Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, animations, and videos for social media posts, stories, ads, and other digital content.

● Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive look and feel across platforms.

● Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with current design trends and social media best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.

● Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team, including content creators and marketing specialists, to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.

● Feedback Integration: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

● Analytics Review: Assist in analyzing the performance of social media graphics and provide recommendations for improvement based on engagement metrics.

• Proficiency in Linux troubleshooting, observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK), and multi-region disaster recovery.
• Security & compliance knowledge for regulated industries.
• Preferred: Experience with GKE, RKE, Rook-Ceph, and certifications like CKA, CKAD.

Job Responsibilities :

• Coordinate for GPS Installation
• Update data on Excel and Work on Control tower dashboard
• Ensure proper tracking and verification. Enter customer and account data from source documents within time limit 
• Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for computer entry
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check the output
• Work on Microsoft Excel
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to prevent disruptions and maintain smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in data entry, operations, or control tower support
• B-Tech/Bcom Graduate
• Advanced excel skills.
• Willingness to support control tower and tracking operations
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in IT sales.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and expand client base within the US staffing market.
• Identify and target potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and cold-calling efforts.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.
• Understand client staffing needs, requirements, and challenges to provide tailored workforce solutions.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align staffing solutions with client demands and expectations.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts using CRM systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the US staffing or recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of the US staffing market, including industry trends, client needs, and competitor landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Description

• Strong understanding of the Ruby programming language and Rails framework
