Job Title: Growth Marketing - Content & SEO

Location: Bangalore

We're looking for an experienced Growth Marketer to join our team and drive our content and SEO efforts. Founded by early members of Groww, we are a well funded startup with over $4M in funding from India’s top investors.

Role Overview

As a Growth Marketer at threedots, you will be responsible for developing and executing our content strategy to increase organic growth. You should have a strong grasp of current SEO best practices, a track record of success in organic growth, and the ability to use various SEO tools to analyze performance and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a robust content strategy that aligns with SEO goals and overall marketing objectives.

- Conduct keyword research to guide content teams and optimize our website and social media profiles.

- Manage and improve organic search engine performance and goal-setting based on clickthrough rates, traffic, and conversions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in SEO and major search engines.

- Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze performance, and suggest improvements.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation and content programming.

- Identify opportunities for content, strategic partnerships, and emerging platforms.

- Provide competitive analysis of top performing websites in our sector.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO and organic growth strategies.

- Proven track record of content management and strategy.

- Proficient with SEO reporting and analytical tools.

- Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with financial services content and compliance considerations.

- Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools.

 - Experience in Wordpress

- Strong understanding of technical SEO (site structure, sitemaps, crawl budget etc.).

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Job Title: Senior Full Stack Engineer

Role Overview:

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for developing and managing our web infrastructure and leading a team of talented engineers. With a solid background in both front and back-end technologies, and a proven track record of developing scalable web applications, the ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach and a leader's mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of our Node and ReactJS-based applications.
• Architect scalable and maintainable web applications that can handle the needs of a rapidly growing user base.
• Ensure the technical feasibility and smooth integration of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Implement comprehensive security and data protection.
• Manage and review code contributed by the team and maintain high standards of software quality.
• Deploy applications on AWS/GCP and manage server infrastructure.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other team members.
• Keep abreast with the latest technological advancements to leverage new tech and tools.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a full-stack developer.
• Proficient in Node.js and ReactJS.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS/GCP).
• Solid understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with databases, web servers, and UI/UX design.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound architectural decisions.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor a tech team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in fintech
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
