Lead Data Analyst

Role & responsibilities:

1. Implement and integrate AI tools into business workflows and Automate tasks using no-code platforms and AI APIs.
2. Integrate LLMs, vision models, and other pre-trained AI services (OpenAI, Hugging Face, Google Vertex AI) into internal systems.
3. Deployment, Customization & Fine-tune foundation models using supervised learning, prompt engineering, and custom datasets.
4. Build systems to extract structured data from PDFs and scanned documents using OCR, NLP, and document-understanding models.
5. Design and optimize AI prompts for content generation, customer support, and business analytics.
6. Knowledge in Agent2Agent, MCP Servers, Context Handling Cross-Functional Collaboration.
7. Work with marketing, sales, support, and HR teams to identify and implement AI-driven process improvements.
8. Monitor AI outputs for quality, compliance, and relevance. Ensure responsible and ethical AI usage.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python; experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers, Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning.
• Skilled in OCR and document parsing tools (e.g., Tesseract OCR, PDFMiner, LayoutLM, Azure Form Recognizer).
• Experience in workflow automation tools (e.g., Crew AI, LangChain).
• Knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and containerization.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Platform and TLB Team

The vision for the TLB team is to build data processing software that works on terabytes of streaming data in real time. Engineer the next-gen Spark-like system for in-memory computation of large time-series dataset’s – both Spark-like backend infra and library based programming model. What You’ll Do

This is an individual contributor position. Expectations will be on the below lines:

• Design, build and maintain the stream processing, and time-series analysis system which is at the heart of Conviva's products
• Responsible for the architecture of the Conviva platform
• Build features, enhancements, new services, and bug fixing in Scala and Java on a Jenkins-based pipeline to be deployed as Docker containers on Kubernetes
• Own the entire lifecycle of your microservice including early specs, design, technology choice, development, unit-testing, integration-testing, documentation, deployment, troubleshooting, enhancements etc.
• Lead a team to develop a feature or parts of the product
• Adhere to the Agile model of software development to plan, estimate, and ship per business priority

What you need to succeed

• 9+ years of work experience in software development of data processing products.
• Engineering degree in software or equivalent from a premier institute.
• Excellent knowledge of fundamentals of Computer Science like algorithms and data structures. Hands-on with functional programming and know-how of its concepts
• Excellent programming and debugging skills on the JVM. Proficient in writing code in Scala/Java/Rust/Haskell/Erlang that is reliable, maintainable, secure, and performant
• Experience with big data technologies like Spark, Flink, Kafka, Druid, HDFS, etc.
• Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts and scalability challenges including multi-threading, concurrency, sharding, partitioning, etc.
• Experience/knowledge of Akka/Lagom framework and/or stream processing technologies like RxJava or Project Reactor will be a big plus. Knowledge of design patterns like event-streaming, CQRS and DDD to build large microservice architectures will be a big plus
• Excellent communication skills. Willingness to work under pressure. Hunger to learn and succeed. Comfortable with ambiguity. Comfortable with complexity

What we are seeking

We are seeking a talented Godot Game Developer to join our team. The Godot Game Developer will be responsible for creating and implementing high-quality game mechanics and features using the Godot game engine. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming concepts and a passion for creating immersive and engaging game experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement game mechanics and features using the Godot engine
• Collaborate with the game design team to develop and iterate on gameplay ideas
• Work with the art team to integrate and optimize 3D assets and animations
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Debug and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Contribute to the development of the overall project roadmap and schedule

Requirements:

• 3-5 years Experience with game development using Godot
• Proficiency with GDScript programming and the Godot engine
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• A portfolio of game development work is a plus

2. Write Good User Stories (Preferably using INVEST techniques)
3. Specify acceptance criteria for features and user stories to ensure delivery of requirements that meet or exceed the business needs 
4. Create wireframe prototypes, Mockups and documenting them using Visio or similar tools
5. Document requirements by creating use cases, functional and requirement specifications documents
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper documentation of the product capabilities
7. Own the Product backlog, elaborating and prioritizing user stories to be included in the backlog 
8. Presenting the product capabilities, gathering requirements and identifying gaps 
9. Interface with clients and partners to understand business environments, current and future requirements; participate as a solutions expert
10. Roadmap prioritization, conceptualize new product features, and assist with competitive positioning

Desired Candidate Profile

• Postgraduate with, 7-8 years’ work experience in HR/ Talent Management/ Resource Management/Professional Development
• Demonstrated leadership experience in client facing consulting work with at least 3 years of consulting work experience (having played Consultant equivalent or higher roles)
• Competence with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
• Excellent customer-facing communication skills (towards leadership, consulting staff)
• Ability to take high-stake decisions under pressure
• Ability to deal with highly confidential information with discretion
• Eagerness to contribute to team building and people development
• Sound commercial and business judgement
