Role & Responsibilities

As we continue to scale, we are looking to hire a dynamic and results-driven Senior Product Designer to join our growing team at company. You will be playing a key role in building solutions and driving forward the product roadmap. You will be deeply engaged in understanding our customers, prioritizing pain points to solve, converting them into detailed stories, and seeing them through.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 4-6 years in a Product Design or similar role (UX/UI Design).
• A portfolio of work displaying high quality, user experience-focused design and problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of User-Centered Design Processes, Design Principles, and Systems.
• Proficiency in design and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma).
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey ideas to stakeholders.
• Strong time-management skills, with a proactive approach to meeting goals efficiently.
• Product sense and craftsmanship. You will own important product interactions with every company customer and should show the attention to detail this responsibility deserves.
• You listen well. You build consensus by default, but can drive hard decisions when needed. You push the pace. You take blame and pass on praise. People love working with you.

Ideal Candidate

• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to gather and assess user needs.
• Conduct interviews with customers to identify pain points and map out user journeys.
• Effectively present design ideas to developers and stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve UX issues.
• Create mockups and prototypes to demonstrate feature functionality and appearance.
• Convert wireframes into detailed UI designs.
• Maintain and develop a cohesive design language system for our core product.

Key Responsibilities : 

Design and Development : Develop robust and scalable robotic applications 

using ROS2. Implement software for various robotic systems, ensuring high 

performance and reliability. 

Hand-on with developing ROS2 nodes, Services/Clients, Publishers/Subscriber. 

Lead and develop path/motion planning algorithms that include route planning, 

trajectory optimization, decision making, and open space planning. Good 

understandings of Robot dynamics, kinematics and modeling. 

System Integration : Integrate sensors, actuators, and other hardware 

components with robotic systems. Ensure seamless communication between 

hardware and software layers. Experienced on integration with perception 

sensors such as IMU, GPS, Stereo Cameras, Lidar, Radar, and various other 

sensors. 

URDF Modeling : Create and maintain accurate URDF models for robotic 

systems. Ensure models accurately represent the physical configuration and 

kinematics of the robots. 

Algorithm Implementation : Implement and optimize algorithms for perception, 

localization, mapping, navigation, and control.

Requirements:

• Good CS fundamentals and problem-solving skills
• 4+ years of experience in building scalable and maintainable web apps including
