Job Overview :

We are looking for a skilled Python Django Developer with a strong background in developing scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate must have 3+ Years of hands-on experience in Django and related technologies, including RabbitMQ, Redis, Celery, and PostgreSQL, to ensure seamless background task management, caching, and database performance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Django-based web applications and APIs.
• Design and implement message broker solutions using RabbitMQ for asynchronous communication.
• Integrate Redis for caching and session management to optimize application performance.
• Implement and manage task queues using Celery for efficient background processing.
• Work with PostgreSQL, ensuring proper database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, modular, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across the application stack.
• Participate in code reviews, system design discussions, and team meetings.
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of applications.

Required Technical Skills :

• Minimum 3+ Years of relevant experience in Python and Django framework.
• Proficiency in RabbitMQ for message brokering.
• Hands-on experience with Redis for caching and session management.
• Strong knowledge of Celery for distributed task queues.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, including database design, indexing, and optimization.
• Expertise in RESTful API design and development.
• Understanding of Docker and containerized applications.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of Django ORM and its performance optimizations.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Delivery Supervisor – Last Mile to own and deliver a white-glove, hassle-free delivery and installation experience. This role requires the individual to be physically present at customer sites on delivery days, acting as the single point of accountability for end-to-end last-mile execution.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for candidates with experience in furniture delivery, installation coordination, or site supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Be present at the customer location during scheduled delivery and installation.
• Act as the single point of ownership for end-to-end last-mile execution.
• Ensure products are delivered, unpacked, assembled, and installed as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate in real time with OEM/vendor dispatch teams, installers, carpenters, technicians, and logistics partners.
• Ensure on-time arrival, correct installation sequencing, and minimal waiting time at site.
• Represent the brand professionally and communicate timelines and next steps clearly to customers.
• Inspect products for transit damage, finish issues, or missing parts prior to installation.
• Ensure safe handling of furniture, site cleanliness, and protection of customer property.
• Resolve on-ground issues independently and escalate only when necessary.
• Update delivery status, issues, and customer feedback accurately in internal systems.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

• On-time delivery and installation percentage
• First-time-right installation rate
• Customer satisfaction / NPS at delivery stage
• Damage and rework incidence
• Number of escalations per delivery

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in last-mile delivery, installation, or site coordination (furniture or interiors preferred)
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-first mindset with high attention to detail
• Calm, solution-oriented approach in high-pressure situations
• Willingness to travel and be on-site for deliveries

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AWS Cloud services
• Strong experience with SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on programming experience in Python or pyspark.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake, including data modeling, performance tuning, and security configurations.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Your Roles and Responsibilities

The Integration Software Manager is responsible for building products which integrate Synapsica AI based radiology software products with client side systems and horizontal app deployment platforms. The Integration Software Manager works with clients, product managers, internal software team and business development team to design and build products which allow Synapsica apps to integrate with external systems. The Integration Software Manager works with a team of engineers to build these products and owns the end-to-end delivery. The role requires understanding of various technologies and ability to quickly learn and execute development plans with new technologies. At Synapsica, we have used Javascript, React, Nodejs, Mongodb, Python, Dicom, HL7, AWS suite technologies to name a few.

This is a highly visible role working directly with founders and requires a mix of technical acumen and team leadership skills to drive the execution of the platform. This person must be creative, ask questions, and be comfortable challenging the status quo. The position is based in our Bangalore office.

Primary Responsibilities

• Work at a key intersection between customers, AI team, product engineering teams, and business development teams
• Partner cross-functionally with product managers, core platform engineers, and AI team to improve adoption of our applications 
• Build modules that help onboard new customers onto our radiology platform
• Own end-to-end designing, documentation, development and delivery of softwares that enable clients to use our radiology products effectively 
• Ensure analysis, efficiency, responsiveness, scalability and cross-platform compatibility of applications through captured  metrics, testing frameworks, and debugging methodologies.
• Technical documentation through all stages of development
• Create design, develop modules, and coordinate efforts with the development team, working on application architectural implementation
• Collaborate with Product Analysts and Product Managers to estimate and plan work and provide status updates to stakeholders
• Create a close working relationship with business partners to identify the pain points and provide better experience to clients
• Establish strong relationships, and proactively communicate, with team members as well as individuals across the organisation

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 6-10 years of experience.
• Proficiency with server side languages such as Nodejs, Python, shell scripting
• Quick adoption of new technologies .
• Proficiency with at least one no-sql database such as MongoDB.
• Experience with platform components and REST APIs, to define platform interfaces and boundaries
• Experience creating a loosely coupled, services oriented design that can scale for large volumes of data
• Experience supporting extensibility, to plug new modules or services without requiring re-design
• Expertise in object oriented programming and applying OO principles patterns
• Good command over CI/CD processes.
