Marketing Manager & Content Writer

🔥 At Scapic, we are building a dead simple platform to power Virtual and Augmented reality content. To that, we work with some of the biggest enterprises across India, and USA. We are looking for an ambitious growth hacker to own the marketing funnel for our company. Working directly with the company founders and our director of sales, you’ll have the creative freedom to build, run, and optimize marketing experiments and campaigns from the ground-up. You will be responsible for attracting site traffic, converting that traffic into leads, and nurturing those leads into clients, the latter of which the sales team will help you achieve. As an ideal candidate, you: - Build and manage a content and editorial calendar that attracts our target markets (including blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.). - Optimize our marketing campaigns and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels. - Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers. - Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, etc. - Take ownership of the entire marketing portfolio and – from a data-driven perspective – propose new experiments, campaigns, or channels to increase qualified top-of-funnel leads. We are looking for an ambitious, hard-working and skilled relationship builder to be an integral part of our growing team.About the Role- plan, design, implement and analyze experiments across various channels to help us launch new cities across the globe - design and implement our strategies for growth marketing, analytics, PPC, SEO, social, and conversion rate optimization - leverage SEO and social networks to expand content reach and grow our community - analyze all aspects of our conversion funnel to identify and prioritize opportunities to improve various funnel metrics - systemize campaign monitoring, management and ongoing testing. Determine the set of tools, automation and processes needed to scale analytics with business growth- Write key pieces of content that reflect the DNA of Scapic across written, visual and other mediums as found apt.
