Mandatory knowledge - proficiency in AutoCAD , knowledge of Revit/BIM is an added advantage and MEP drawing

We are looking for an innovative and dedicated technical manager who can own the responsibility of the team to increase the efficiency of overall project execution. The role includes working towards designing and deploying customer-specific solutions, guiding the team, and getting the projects executed in a timely manner with measurable outputs.

Successful tech managers should make sure that he/she is technically updated and help the team by giving appropriate solutions to customers.

Responsibilities: 

• Good knowledge of IT Infrastructure, servers, storage, networking, virtualization, HCI, and AWS (basic functionalities).
• Must have experience in Data Center Infrastructure management.
• Sound knowledge of backup, security, and compliance with different industry verticals while implementing infra projects.
• End to end Project management experience.
• Ability to manage and guide the team towards the successful completion of projects.
• Excellent internal personal skills.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
• Must have a calm mind to understand problems and critically think about the given problems.
• Should have the knack to tackle customer queries and interact on ongoing projects.
• Must be adaptable to new technologies, ideas, and fresh processes of managing IT and deploying solutions to customers.
• Must have soft skills that are essential for customer engagement, and team handling.
• Report to management on the progress of different projects. Solutions and ongoing technical requirements of the customer.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field
• Minimum of 6+ years experience in the Information Technology field
• Minimum of 3+ years experience in management
• Ability to work in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills
• Solid working knowledge in all required computer infrastructure and data center environments.
• Outstanding leadership skills and ability to delegate responsibilities effectively

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master’s degree preferred

• Cold-calling to prospective leads and maintaining an Excel sheet with customer details and calling status.
• Generate new leads from existing clients.
• Independently handle the first level of conversation on chosen services
• Send mail regarding product descriptions and product white papers to prospects.
• Follow-ups over the phone and emails to win opportunities/sales.
• Convert hot leads into face-to-face or telephonic meetings.
•  Assign converted meetings to sales team members by sending meeting calendars and customer credentials.
• Take the meeting status from the concerned account manager.
• Log all lead and meeting-related data and status in CRM/Tools.
• Maintain bills and coordinate with the Accounts department regarding the same.
• Maintain office supplies by checking inventory and preparing the required items list monthly.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• You will join development on a mobile SDK, in use by tens of thousands of users around Pan India.
• You will join the weekly team meetings with the client and communicate progress to the client, as well as work closely with our development team in Slack/Gmeet.
• You will be responsible for development, do a portion of the testing, and be responsible for the release of the application

RESPONSIBILITIES: As a developer, you are responsible for delivering valuable software to your clients while adhering to technical standards, company values, and industry best practices. Your success in this position will require you to set and meet appropriate expectations with customers and delight customers by anticipating their needs. You will be accountable for meeting commitments and producing quality, tested software. High output, driven developer, able to work in a team setting.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• You have ability to write and test SDKs for use by other developers

WE CONSIDER IT A PLUS IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

• Significant UI experience (one of the primary SDKs is UI-related – so although you will not be developing a user interface for the application, knowledge on UI is important)
• Significant push notification experience (one of the primary SDKs is push-notification related)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaboratively work with UX team, product managers, back-end engineers and other technical teams to create new, delightful and scalable UI
• Mentor junior members through training and individual support
• Responsible for all front end development on a project
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
• Optimize existing user interface designs
• Proactively learn and accordingly apply new technologies, best design practices and usability patterns

The ideal candidate must - 

• 5+ years of experience working with React or React-based frameworks
• Proficiency with browser-based debugging and performance testing
• Proficiency in Git and version control
• Considerable experience with a testing framework (Jest/Mocha)
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and GraphQL
• Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JWT Tokens
• Good understanding of common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, Yarn etc
• Hands-on experience with CSS-in-JS libraries
• Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them
• Keen to learn, mentor and willingness to take ownership of work items
• Possess strong communication and self-accountability

The individual will be the go-to person for developing concepts, graphics and creating an appropriate design language for the brands. Creating visual elements to deliver the communication efficiently and aesthetically pleasing manner would be needed the most.

•  Coordinate with the account managers to discuss the brand requirements.
•  Get a detailed brief to interpret the client’s needs and develop a creative concept that suits their purpose.
•  Creating drafts of design with the briefs available and through data research.
•  Presenting final output of creative concepts to the account managers.
•  Working with a wide range of media tools and software.
•  Working as a part of team with account leads, copy writers, technical dept. and of course the design team.
•  Updated with current fashion of design trends, application packages, visual arts, time limits and anything that impacts the design.
•  Creating design layouts and concepts as per layout principles and design concepts.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP / WORK PERMIT / VISA STATUS:
Should be currently based in Japan with Valid work visa

MUST HAVES:
