Key Responsibilities
- There are two main responsibilities of the role:
- to increase the overall top line by increasing the application rate(optimizing the funnel)
- ensuring more users are retained post the first consumption cycle.
- Create and refine effective programs that leverage tenure and customer behaviour data, and include a mix of triggered and targeted campaigns.
- Identify key, measurable metrics for Customer lifecycle programs with a focus to test and scale rapidly.
- Create, implement and optimize daily/weekly/monthly campaigns and user journeys (retention and reactivation - both automated and not automated)
- Generate deep insights about customers that increase their retention, root-cause & predict churn and lead to inventing new ways to delight and retain customers. Will include conducting primary & secondary customer research through surveys and talking directly with customers.
- Experiment across the whole retention & re-activation funnel constantly looking for maximum impact on DAU (daily active users)
- Brainstorm new ways of segmenting potential customers and means of communication, leading to quick-test pilots with clear measurable outcomes

Qualifications :
- We are looking for 4+ years of Product Management experience in consumer Products
- Who has seen complete product lifecycle
- Understanding of technology and business is a must
- Good communication skills
- Hold cross-functional teams together for execution
- Guide and mentor juniors for on-time delivery and their career growth
- Past experience as a developer/ founder is a plus
- Who has worked in a market where heavy operations are involved

- Own the lifecycle of users from on-boarding, setup, to the day-to-day support, including serving as front-line for issues on the ongoing engagements.
- Crafting delightful user experiences around user on-boarding and support, such as ticketing, support channels, and customer communications.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a talented team of engineers to build and deliver world-class consumer-facing applications of highly scalable services.

- Defining and Driving Performance and Availability metrics to measure and meet high operational standards for the services.
- Hiring, mentoring and developing engineers and leaders in the Tech & Engineering organization.
- Ensuring the quality of the engineering efforts are always exceptional by setting up the correct processes and quality control checks for the team to execute within
What we need
- 7+ years of relevant engineering work experience and 2+ hands-on management experience.
- Experience with architectural patterns of large, High-scale / High-traffic applications is a MUST
- Experience with AWS is mandatory while SOA/Microservices with Node.js and Golang is a plus.
- Retained, mentored and hired senior engineers and leaders with a track record of building productive engineering teams.
- Been actively involved in setting product strategy.
- Entrepreneurial drive and have hands-on experience in creating products which solve user's problems

About this Role:
As part of the frontend development team, you will be responsible to build and maintain client side applications for our users collaborating with cross-functional teams comprising Product, Design, BI, and other engineers.
You will define best practices for client side architecture and build for the long term over iterations that bring measurable business value.
You will be involved in recruiting engineers for the team and mentoring them

● You have previous experience building react native applications from scratch
● You have prior experience with recruiting and building a high-performance team
● You have a passion for mentoring and helping people on your team grow and achieve their goals
● You practice test-driven development
● You are familiar with both Android and iOS design patterns, and GraphQL
● You have some exposure to native app development in Swift, Kotlin, or Java
● You have strong knowledge of software development fundamentals, including a relevant background in computer science fundamentals and agile development methodologies.
● You are an excellent collaborator & communicator. You know that startups are a team sport. You listen to others, aren’t afraid to speak your mind and always try to ask the right questions.
● You are excited by the prospect of working in a distributed team and company.
Location: We are primarily looking for candidates in Bangalore but are open to other locations in India for the right candidate. At the moment, however, like most teams, we are fully remote.
