About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our IT team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure that requirements are gathered, analyzed, and implemented in alignment with the company’s business objectives. This role demands strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a solid understanding of IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis:

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and research to gather business and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and UX designers, to ensure project goals align with business objectives.

1. Documentation & Communication:

• Create and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
• Prepare user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.

1. System Modeling & Design:

• Utilize modeling tools (such as UML or BPMN) to create workflow diagrams and system architecture.
• Create wireframes and prototypes to visualize the functionality and design of new systems or enhancements.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.

1. Data Analysis & Reporting:

• Analyze data to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work with SQL databases to query data and assist in reporting.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.

1. Project Support & Coordination:

• Work closely with the development team throughout the Agile development lifecycle, ensuring that requirements are implemented effectively.
• Assist in managing sprints, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality assurance processes.
• Provide post-implementation support and address any issues that arise after system go-live.

1. Stakeholder Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the business stakeholders and the IT team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL) and reporting software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role
• Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
• Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks)
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and HR databases
• Good team-management abilities
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
• BSc/MSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field

• Driving marketing programs that are highly targeted basis content affinity of relevant segmented audience cohorts
• Building and scaling acquisition programs that target consumers as well as experience in media planning across a broad online media mix
• Managing all efforts and goals on organic and digital paid media: SEO, SEM, Display, Paid Social, Affiliate, Direct buys etc.
• Serving as the strategic lead for programmatic display, especially the Double Click suite
• Driving campaigns from planning to execution and beyond to meet key performance metrics
• Determining key metrics, constantly reducing operational costs, and measuring the success of performance strategies
• Constantly optimizing marketing activities to improve return on investment
• Allocating budgets and analyzing and recommending modifications to ad spends
• Managing ROI in line with the business/management expectations
