Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that are aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
• Foster positive employee relations and provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
• Manage performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance reviews, and developing performance improvement plans.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
• Develop and implement employee training and development programs.
• Oversee the administration of the company's employee engagement programs.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including managers, employees, and external partners.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, practices, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Back-end Implementation: Authorization, Authentication, Modular design
• Application Development: Documentation, code quality, Unit Testing, Optimization, Bug fixing.)
• Back-end Operations (build tools, deployment, speed: (app, tests, builds, deploys), monitoring errors/logs, and stability).
• Review the created data model & ask any necessary clarifying questions before starting on work
• Write API code to implement the action on visual elements.
• Develop Json Web Services and Web applications.
• Create prototypes and staging sites for review and feedback
• Optimize websites and applications to ensure fast loading speeds
• Maintain websites and implement any necessary additions or enhancements
• Identify and troubleshoot various website issues and coding problems
• Collaborate with members of the website team, including designers and front-end developers, to consistently improve functionality and user-friendliness of web applications
• Maintain updated knowledge of the development industry and any advancements in technology
• Meet tight deadlines as required
• Knowledge of the common application/web security and OWASP vulnerabilities.
• Knowledge of the encryption algorithms to protect sensitive information.
• Knowledge of PII, PCI, HIPPA, and GDPR compliance and how to implement.
• Understanding of security breaches of data-in-transit and data-at-rest and knowledge in implementation for both.
• Knowledge/Aware of finding the vulnerabilities of the third-party components/libraries used in the application and remediating vulnerabilities.

At Glint, you will be the customer champion who helps us to build better relationships with our customers and also play a vital role in building customer experience. 

What will you do at Glint?

Customer Experience Associate will be the first point of contact to the customer of Glint. The customer experience associate should handle the customer relationship management and helps in retaining the customers in the customer through proper communication and resolution.

• Handling customer queries through inbound/outbound chat and phone calls.
• Exploration and fact finding - Converting business problems into metric driven statements, identifying underlying hypotheses and determining/creating metrics that will accurately represent the problem as well as the solutions.
• Benchmarking, Insights and recommendations - Consistently keeping an eye on the business metrics and variations in them to:
• Help stakeholders understand changes in the voice of customers/partners. 
• Provide RCAs on hits and misses in business performances.
• Collaboratively work with the operation team. 

What we’re looking for:

•  Consistent performer who handles stressful situations and deadline pressures.
•  Experience of 1 - 3 years of experience in customer support.
• Also, freshers with good communication and wanted to work in startup 
• Candidates who have handled the non voice process will be preferred.
