Educational Qualification & Experience Required 6 - 8 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst. Bachelor’s Degree required with a preference in Computer Science. Experience eliciting requirements and testing. Demonstratable experience analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions Background in data modelling and visualization techniques as well as prototyping tools. In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle. Solid knowledge agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban. Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Prior experience validating functional and user acceptance test cases. Thorough understanding in contact centre processes, contact centre KPIs and related metrics. Knowledge of automated dialers. ACD systems, OMNI Channel Solutions & CTI. Good knowledge of Data Analysis, SQL – DML commands. Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills. CBAP or equivalent preferred. Prior experience and understanding of Agile Methodology preferred. Prior work experience within BPO or KPO domain preferred.
