Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, documentation, stakeholder management, and working across the complete project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, understand, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with clients, stakeholders, development teams, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and maintain BRD, FRD, SOW, RFP responses, process flows, and other project documentation.
• Translate business requirements into clear and actionable solutions for technical teams.
• Participate in pre-sales and post-sales activities, including requirement discussions and solution presentations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.
• Create business process diagrams, workflows, use cases, and other relevant documentation.
• Support project planning and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions.
• Work effectively within Agile/Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid project environments.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and solution approaches.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with RFP and SOW preparation.
• Good understanding of SDLC and Product Owner (PO) processes.
• Strong requirement understanding and solution development skills.
• Experience in preparing diagrams, documentation, and process flows.
• Experience in cross-team and stakeholder management.
• Exposure to both Pre-Sales and Post-Sales activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst Lead to lead requirements gathering and business analysis activities for a Visitor Management System (VMS) project.

The VMS is a digital platform designed to register, track, and manage non-employee visitors entering business premises. The solution aims to replace manual/paper-based visitor processes with a secure, standardised, and automated visitor check-in and management workflow.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead end-to-end requirements gathering and business analysis activities.

* Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs, processes, and system requirements.

* Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirement discussions.

* Analyse and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

* Translate business requirements into clear specifications for the software development team.

* Identify process gaps and recommend improvements aligned with the VMS objectives.

* Prepare BRDs, functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and other BA documentation as required.

* Work closely with UI/UX, development, testing, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

* Support requirement validation, UAT, issue resolution, and stakeholder sign-off.

* Ensure requirements remain aligned with project scope, timelines, and business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience

* 7+ years of experience working on software projects.

* Strong experience in business analysis and requirements management.

* Experience leading requirements gathering activities for software/digital solutions.

* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

* Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Experience working in Agile/software development environments is preferred.

* Fluent in Arabic and English.
