The ‘Business Analyst’ works closely with the business and technical teams. This role is
a major contributor to the requirements specification deliverable, writes the business
and functional requirements and ensures the analytical, build, test and deployment tasks
related to both internally developed as well as third party solutions are successfully
completed. Performs feasibility analysis, scopes projects, and works with the project
management team to prioritizes deliverables and negotiate on product functionalities.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements.

Support the staff and teams in making recommended changes, including assisting
in RCA and issue risk mitigation preparation.
Ensure plans are made and processes are created to evaluate the impact of the
changes made, including taking responsibility for overseeing and reporting on this

Educational Qualification & Experience Required
6 - 8 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years as a Business Analyst.
Bachelor’s Degree required with a preference in Computer Science.
Experience eliciting requirements and testing.
Demonstratable experience analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions
Background in data modelling and visualization techniques as well as prototyping
In-depth knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
Solid knowledge agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
Proven experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prior experience validating functional and user acceptance test cases.
Thorough understanding in contact centre processes, contact centre KPIs and
Knowledge of automated dialers. ACD systems, OMNI Channel Solutions & CTI.
Good knowledge of Data Analysis, SQL – DML commands.
Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
CBAP or equivalent preferred.
Prior experience and understanding of Agile Methodology preferred.
Prior work experience within BPO or KPO domain preferred.
