About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic LLM Interns to join our team remotely for a 3-month internship. This role is ideal for students or graduates interested in AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will gain hands-on experience working with cutting-edge AI tools, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning. While this is an unpaid internship, interns who successfully complete the program will receive a Completion Certificate and a Letter of Recommendation.

Responsibilities

• Research and experiment with LLMs, NLP techniques, and AI frameworks.
• Design, test, and optimize prompts and workflows for different use cases.
• Assist in fine-tuning or integrating LLMs for internal projects.
• Evaluate model outputs and improve accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, data scientists, and product managers to implement AI-driven features.
• Document experiments, results, and best practices.

Requirements

• Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence, NLP, and Machine Learning.
• Familiarity with Python and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers).
• Basic understanding of LLM concepts such as embeddings, fine-tuning, and inference.
• Knowledge of APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.) is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

About the Role

FantasyFi is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Meta Ads Specialist to lead and manage paid advertising initiatives across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). This role demands a professional with substantial hands-on experience managing and scaling campaigns with significant advertising budgets.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling advertising campaigns across multiple business domains, including FantasyFi (gaming platform) and Real Estate marketing campaigns. The role requires a strategic mindset, analytical strength, and a proven ability to deliver measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms

 Manage and scale campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and cost efficiency

 Develop and implement advanced audience targeting and retargeting strategies

 Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance metrics

 Conduct structured A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and messaging

 Drive lead generation, conversions, and customer acquisition objectives

 Ensure accurate pixel tracking, event optimization, and attribution analysis

 Collaborate with internal teams for creative assets and campaign alignment

 Prepare performance reports with actionable strategic insights

Required Qualifications & Skills

 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Meta / Facebook advertising

 Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Business Manager

 Proven track record of performance-driven campaign management

 Deep understanding of audience segmentation and targeting strategies

 Experience in conversion optimization and funnel strategy

 Strong analytical and data interpretation capabilities

 Ability to manage multiple campaigns across varied objectives

 Structured approach to testing, optimization, and scaling

Preferred Experience

 Experience managing Real Estate advertising campaigns

 Experience handling high-competition niches (gaming, consumer apps, etc.)

 Familiarity with pixel tracking, event configuration, and attribution models

1 - Must have fair understanding of products like future, forward, options(call and put), bonds, swaps etc

6 - Good to have Knowledge of risk management in general.

Responsibilities:

Candidate will have to perform data analysis.

Candidate will have to speak with different risk engine team to identify the appropriate engine for given asset classes, and accordingly he has to do requirement analysis and testing.

• Assist in arranging face-to-face interview with higher management.
• Assist the managers in recognizing the key skills and competencies of the candidate to make the final selection of the candidate.
• Negotiate and decide the cost/salary of the employee in consultation with the higher management.
• Check the background of candidates followed by employment reference checking.
• Carry out pre-employment tests like medical test, intelligence quotient, emotional quotient, etc.
• Report to the manager on the status of the interview and selection process.
• Work according to the rules, regulations and recruitment strategies of the organization.
• Suggest new approaches towards developing better recruitment policies.
• Arrange several marketing initiatives in advertising job vacancies through job sites, company website, newspaper, job vacancy journals, etc.
