Role Overview

This is a junior-level inside sales and student counselling role focused on converting inbound enquiries into successful enrollments through WhatsApp communication, phone calls, and structured follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound WhatsApp chats and calls from prospective students
• Counsel candidates on course structure, certification value, and career outcomes
• Follow up with leads to convert enquiries into enrollments
• Maintain accurate CRM entries and lead-tracking records
• Meet daily and weekly conversion targets
• Adhere strictly to company-approved communication, pricing, and compliance policies

✔️ 8+ years of overall software development experience

✔️ 5+ years of relevant experience in Azure Integration using Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and .NET C#

✔️ Work closely with the Integration Architect. Understand and review requirement with Integration Architect for Biztalk/Foresight/Azure interface integrations.

✔️ Implement (Code in Azure Logic Apps, C#, Azure functions), modify integrations interface as per the interface specification.

✔️ Perform and document unit testing for implemented interfaces.

✔️ Assess and manage risk with leads and discuss possible recommendations.

✔️ Follow best practices, standards, and policies in implementation.

✔️ Perform code review sessions, and follow the coding guidelines.

✔️ Perform and support Integration & UAT testing; fix issues and defects.

1. You will be owning features through inception, design feedback, implementation, and launch. This will include building test plans for new features and improvising on existing test plans for feature updates and customer feedback.
2. You will collaborate with Product Designers, Product Managers, Backend Engineers, Data Engineers, and Customer Support

• Analyse process issues and gather related user requirements
• Develop appropriate solutions, primarily using the JIFFY.ai low code platform
• Obtain feedback from users and process stakeholders and implement improvements

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree required Degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems OR equivalent external work experience.

Work Experience and Skills required:

• Good hands-on 3-5 years of experience in Java or similar application development
• Experience in OOPS, Model Driven Development. Knowledge of modern UI Technologies
• Knowledge and experience in any or some of the following disciplines is a very strong plus: REST API, Java, JavaScript, Xpath, CSS, HTML, relational databases, or Kubernetes
• Create Domain Model with associations between different entities along with inheritance concept.
• Implementation of the user roles for application and established application security.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager / Implementation Manager to lead and oversee the successful implementation of our SaaS CRM solution for our B2B customers. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the implementation process, including team handling and people management, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in an IT services / Software product company with B2B SAAS implementation. 
• Strong project management skills with a proven track record of successfully managing complex software implementation projects, preferably in the SaaS CRM domain.
• Excellent leadership abilities to effectively manage and motivate cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, including team handling and people management experience.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of B2B customer needs and challenges related to CRM systems.
• Proficient in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to plan, track, and report on project progress.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the implementation process.

Key Responsibilities:

2. Build and manage a high-performing implementation team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to team members, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
3. Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to understand customer requirements and create project implementation plans that align with customer expectations and business objectives.
4. Develop and maintain project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocation plans to effectively manage project timelines and resources, including team members' workloads and assignments.
5. Define project deliverables, milestones, and success criteria, and monitor progress against these throughout the implementation process.
6. Manage project risks and issues, proactively identify potential obstacles and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation
• Create new internal accounting corporate policies and maintain existing policies
• Monitor emerging technology to determine ways to automate the accounting process without sacrificing accuracy and accountability
• Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams
• Implement and monitor the month, quarter and year-end closeout accounting schedules
• Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
• Help with quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit
• Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required (Master’s degree preferred)
• 3+ years experience in an accounting leadership role
• Exceptional leadership abilities
• Strong budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis skills required
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
