Business Analyst ensures communication of project requirements to the technical development team. Candidate Profile: 3+ Years Experience. The candidate can be a project lead or an individual contributor in information technology domain with good exposure to client facing communication and documentation. It is desirable that she or he should have directly managed clients and have supervised a Development, Service Ops or QA team for IT software projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of English usage, grammar in the context of technical documentation. Skills & Qualifications: A BTech., MCA or BCA . MBA in Information Technology is desirable. The candidate can also be a Bachelor or Masters in English Literature with experience in Software documentation. Must have knowledge of Software Development & Project Management fundamentals (e.g. PMI or equivalent), Software Quality and Software Process.
