You will be our first marketing hire, and will be responsible for laying the foundation of our marketing DNA described above.
- Conceptualize from scratch our multi pronged marketing strategy - SEO (blog, newsletter), social media (linkedin, twitter), community, education (webinars, podcasts), partnerships etc
- Understand our user/buyer persona, empathize with them, conceptualize relevant content topics, and work with content writers to push high quality content on various platforms
- Identify the right keywords for Zenskar to optimize on - both head, and long tail
- Iterate to figure out the correct tone for our social media communication, and build relevant audience on social platforms
- Reach out to industry influencers, collaborate with them and organize webinars, podcasts etc with the intent to establish Zenskar as an authority in the industry
- Create a vibrant community of our user and buyer persona, with the intent to help solve the problems they face on a daily basis
- Hire as the team grows and mentor junior folks
We’re on the hunt for a Senior Writer Researcher who is passionate about creating deep, impactful video content. If you’re someone who devours content like Mega Factories, How Do They Do It, and has a burning curiosity about the mechanics of business, fin-tech, and more, this could be the role for you.
Role TL;DR:
You’ll be the content thinker and doer behind our video channels. You’ll pitch new ideas, research video topics, and collaborate closely with our Head of Content, DOP, and Post-Production Lead. From pitch docs to scripts, you’ll handle the entire pre-production process for our content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Pitching: Present ideas for what the channels should create, directly to the Head of Content.
- Research: Deep-dive into topics, create detailed treatment notes, and ensure all creative decisions are rooted in data and research.
- Script Writing: Write video scripts end-to-end for our clients' YouTube channels.
- Document Creation: Develop pitch docs, info docs, outlines, and full video scripts.
- Pre-Production Lead: Oversee the entire pre-production process, ensuring the team is aligned and ready for shoots.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive research experience
- Exceptional scriptwriting
- Proficiency in creating treatment notes
- Familiarity with AI tools (nice to have)
- Strong collaboration skills, especially with content, production, and post-production teams.
- Ability to work closely with people.
- Experience in video content creation, preferably with journalistic influences (Vox, Vice, Brut, Quint).
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end video-making process.
- Sharp taste in content—whether it’s music, films, series, comics, or even philosophy.
- We want a portfolio that reflects thoughtful work, not just ad-driven content.

- Experience working at companies like Brut, Vox, or Vice.

We are looking for an exceptional and seasoned Product Manager to join the founding team at Fundamento. You’ll work closely with a passionate team of engineers, designers, marketers, and sales managers to understand customer needs and define the experiences that set Fundamento’s clients up for success.
What the role entails 👉🏽
- Manage, align, and communicate the vision for Fundamento’s Skills Readiness platform to internal stakeholders at all levels of the business.
- Build, regularly manage, and execute product roadmap for the platform.
- Work closely with and communicate clearly to engineering, design, and business to ensure the correct product trade-offs and decisions can be made.
- Work as a bridge between customers, business, marketing, design, and engineering. You are responsible for making a product and ensuring you can create ambassadors and advocates for the development and its vision among these key stakeholder categories.
- Own sprint execution and lead scrum
- Always advocate for the customers - do what it takes to get customer feedback with or without the help of the sales team. Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions.
- Continuously evaluate product fit and process optimization, and ascertain technical dependencies.
- Approach your work with a global design mindset to ensure we’re considering the needs of all future customers, wherever they may be
- Demonstrate your team releases to internal and external stakeholders.

- 3+ years experience in designing and delivering world-class software products in a Product Management role.
- Prior experience working on a B2B SaaS product is a must.
- Experience must include having been through the Product-Market-Fit journey of a product.
