DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Intake, Ideation and Planning

 Should have the smartness and presence of mind to provide on the spot solutions to the business owners objections and concerns as well as to be able to Pivot from a prepped position basis the conversation

      o Establish relationships with new and niche Clients to expand our reach.

      o Monitor trends and analytics to make product and pricing suggestions for our clients.

      o Maintain strong relationships with our existing partner to understand how we can help them grow while also knowing which product offers and price best fit their model.

 Generate new business leads and build relationships.

 Significant interaction with clients, both face-to-face, online and over the telephone.

 Identify business opportunities through research of specific industry or market.

 Understand customer’s business needs and gather product knowledge to meet those needs.

 Providing support to customers, offering clear advice and solutions wherever possible.

 Ensuring high quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of brand specifications.

 Meeting sales targets set by management and contributing to team targets.

 Able to take responsibility and work on flexible basis.

 Maintain all sales activities & dashboard.

Client Servicing-

 On time revert to client on briefs/proposals.

 Post evaluations for all campaigns.

 Objection handling.

 Trade Marketing activities to be suggested to enhance revenue optimization.

 Build and maintain business relationships with key clients and agencies.

 Inter department co-ordination #DhunBadalKeTohDekho.

 Work closely with the programming team and BIG solutions for creative ideas for the clients.

 Ensure sales entitlements are as per the programming guidelines.

o · Seek assistance from marketing and content planning teams for key client pitches.

 Required Qualifications and Skills-

 MBA or a Post Graduate – Minimum 4 years work experience is mandatory.

 Excellent communication skills, confident, enthusiastic, attention to detail, creative.

 Result Oriented and Capacity to operate in a growth environment that is increasingly competitive.

 Set the highest ethical and professional standards.

 Comfortable with change.

Main tasks

• Test preparation (test design, creation of test specifications and test cases for regression tests and tests of new and further developments)
• Sprint-accompanying testing in the Scrum team
• Test evaluation / documentation of the test results
• Further development of existing test automation processes
• Close cooperation with the SOL business unit and the test departments at other locations

Qualification profile

• Completed degree or comparable training with an IT background
• Affinity and many years of experience in systematic testing of software products
• Excellent ability to work in a team and an independent, structured way of working
• Practical knowledge of the application of test methods and quality management standards as well as test automation knowledge are advantageous
• Fluent in English
