About the Role:

We are looking for a high-IQ, high-output Strategy & Operations Generalist to join our team as a "Force Multiplier." This isn't a role for someone who wants to stay in a narrow lane; it’s for a smart thinker who thrives on variety, speed, and excellence.

Your primary mission is to translate complex ideas, raw data, and messy brainstorms into world-class visual narratives (PowerPoint) and airtight documentation. You will work closely with leadership to ensure our strategy is communicated clearly and our operations are documented flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Storytelling: Design high-stakes PowerPoint presentations for board meetings, client pitches, and internal strategy sessions. You don't just "make slides"; you build the narrative arc.

Technical & Process Documentation: Draft clear, concise, and professional documentation, including SOPs, project reports, white papers, and research summaries.

Information Synthesis: Take hours of voice notes, scattered data points, or 20-page research papers and distill them into 1-page executive summaries or 5-slide decks.

Strategic Support: Act as a "Chief of Staff" style resource for various departments, jumping in to solve problems, organize workflows, and move projects across the finish line.

Quality Gatekeeping: Ensure every external-facing document or deck meets the highest standards of logic, grammar, and design.

Requirements:



Experience: 2–5 years in management consulting, startup operations, executive support, or a research-heavy role.

Tech Stack: Mastery of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Notion/Google Docs. Familiarity with AI tools (LLMs) for research and drafting is a major plus.

Portfolio: Ability to demonstrate previous work (decks or writing samples) that showcases your ability to simplify complexity.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field (or equivalent "real world" experience).

Dotnet Developer:

Experience - 8 - 10 yrs

Job Role - Power BI Lead

9 to 12 Years Experience Required.

The role requires expertise Power BI Data Gateways, report deployment, and governance frameworks ensuring scalable and secure data solutions.

• Power BI Lead & Implementation:
•  Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.

• Maintain ownership of the product vision and roadmap and improving the product development process. Lead the team in expanding mastery of the business goals of each design request and pushing back on stakeholders with innovative UX/UI proposals.
• Demonstrate high quality design practices. This includes participation in all aspects of UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, and visual design.
• Conceptualise original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks, working on a framework for judging the success or failure of the product, prioritising feature development and structuring product failures.

 Requirements:

• 6+ years of industry experience as a UI/UX designer and/or manager in a cross-functional UI/UX team, dedicated to the complete UI/UX design and development lifecycle of several successfully launched desktop and mobile applications.
• Deep understanding of the iOS and Android platforms and experience designing and launching products for both.
• Proven success designing and optimizing high-quality product experiences for a variety of platforms including desktop, web and mobile. Experience in B2B platforms is an advantage.
• Mastery of UX interaction and design principles and deliverables including rapid prototyping, concept diagrams, user scenarios, wireframes, flows, experience maps, design patterns and annotated comps.
• Architect system wide design solutions that satisfy both product and engineering requirements.
• Experience managing a team of around 6-8 UI/UX designers. Ability to communicate with different departments of a multi-national and dynamic company
• Working knowledge of the capabilities and constraints of web front-end technologies including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap as well as iOS components and Material Design.

• Experience in other type of designs (online ads, print, etc.) will be an advantage.

Qualifications:

BTech/BE in computer science, electrical, electronics or related fields 5+ years of full stack design and development experience High emotional intelligence, empathy and collaborative approach. Experience in Angular Javascript frameworks, CSS, HTML5, NodeJS, ExpressJS, MongoDB to handle full stack web development. Experience with developing rich dynamic front end applications using Angular and CSS frameworks like BulmaCSS, Angular Material, Bootstrap, etc. Knowledge of GraphQL would be an added advantage. Knowledge of Cloud services like AWS, Heroku, Azure is preferable. Responsibilities:

Develop web applications covering end to end software development life cycle right from writing UI code using Angular to backend API code using NodeJS and managing databases like MongoDB, MySQL, etc. Involved in full stack code management from Git check-ins to running automated builds and deployments using DevOps practices to deploy to public cloud services like AWS, Azure, Heroku, etc. Handling full-stack web development workflow right from front end to backend to CI/CD workflows. Design and Develop the tech architecture and work closely with CEO and CTO of the company Drive and guide with work of other engineers on the team

• Extensive experience in designing, building & supporting Azure Managed Services Operations.
• Good understanding of Azure IaaS and PaaS services (Azure VMs, App Service, VM Scale set, Storage, Web App, Function App, Logic App, SQL instance, Data factory, Key vault, API management service etc.).
• Good understanding of Azure networking, vNet, NSG, various load balancing services, VPN, Express Route and firewalls in cloud environment.
