A healthcare background will be preferred. • Upto 4-8+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare Domain • Experience with healthcare operational workflows such as EHR, EMR and standards such as HL7, QRDA, CCDA, DICOM under healthcare systems • Experience creating SQL queries • Data experience working with large datasets / big data • Data analysis (profiling) experience within Healthcare. • Source-to-target mapping experience (including complex business rules) within healthcare domain • Excellent communication, creative problem solver, flexible, proactive and have demonstrated experience in effectively working within a fast paced, ever changing environment • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing multiple projects, prioritizing work and activities in a collaborative manner • Demonstrated experience in balancing client expectations in meeting both short term deadline and longer term objectives • Demonstrated experience in working both independently as well as collaboratively with other team members • Advanced experience with Excel and PowerPoint
