Field Operation Executive

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Architect with strong expertise in telecom environments (OSS/BSS, 4G/5G core, network systems). The candidate will design and implement scalable, highly available, and automated DevOps solutions to support telecom-grade applications and infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement DevOps architecture for telecom applications (OSS/BSS, mediation systems, billing platforms)
• Architect CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps
• Manage cloud infrastructure on Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or hybrid telecom data centers
• Implement containerization using Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes
• Design Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and zero-downtime deployment strategies
• Automate deployments for 4G/5G core network functions (CNFs/VNFs)
• Implement monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK Stack
• Work closely with network engineering and telecom operations teams
• Ensure compliance with telecom-grade security standards

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Designer to join our dynamic team. The Junior Designer will be responsible for leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design expertise, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovation.

Responsibilities:

• 2 ) Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and marketing teams, to understand project requirements and translate them into effective design solutions.
• 3) Creative Direction: Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers, guiding them in the development of their skills and the execution of design projects.
• 4) Conceptualize and Design: Generate innovative design concepts and develop them into polished visual designs across various mediums, including digital and print.
• 5) User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centered design principles, conducting user research and incorporating feedback to improve the usability and effectiveness of designs.
• 6) Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all design assets and communication channels.
• 7) Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies, integrating them into design processes as appropriate.
• 8) Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on design deliverables to ensure accuracy, functionality, and alignment with project requirements.
• 9) Presentation Skills: Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs as necessary.
• 10) Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively and communicating project status updates to relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

*Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

*Minimum of 2 years of experience in a design role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design, typography, and layout.

*Expertise in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, or similar tools.

*Solid understanding of user interface (UI) design principles and best practices.

*Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale effectively.

*Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced environment.

*Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.

*Experience with motion graphics, animation, or prototyping tools is a plus.

*A passion for design and a desire to push the boundaries of creativity.

Responsibilities:

• Delivering projects on time based on roadmap requirements
• Overriding technical architecture of the product
• Managing the Development Team including workloads, setting and managing targets, mentoring and training members of the team
• Writing technical specifications and managing projects through to completion
• Implementing and reviewing all development processes (coding standards, code review, code complexity)
• Identifying and resolving issues within the product
• Implementing and managing suitable monitoring systems for production platforms
• Monitoring costs across the AWS platform

Requirements:

• Be highly experienced in the following technologies: Java, Node Js, Typescript, React, SQL
• Show preferable experience in Android development, Kotlin, Mongo DB, MQTT
• Demonstrate fluent English speaking, reading, writing
• Excellent communication skills
• Have previous AWS Cloud experience
• Have experience in leading a Development Team, mentoring and training colleagues
• Demonstrate experience in managing projects through an agile environment, ideally Jira or Azure Devops

• Possesses a high degree of technical competency to design and develop digital applications using cutting-edge tools and technologies
• Collaborative working with the client's technology and business staff day to day
• Proactive and willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the client and deliver on project goals
• Codes, tests, debugs, implements, and documents complex applications
• Prepares for, and actively facilitates hand-off at project completion to ensure a smooth transition to the larger organization
• Extensive experience in Angular (i.e., designs new templates, tests styles or sheets, fixes bugs; collaborates heavily with core team members (especially UX and Design))
• Integration knowledge and experience with exposed services (e.g. REST, SOAP, etc.)
• Familiar with common security and performance pattern (e.g.: OATH)
• Additional Requirements for Application Platform: Angular
• Level of expertise with Angular SSR applications
• Knowledge of Micro Frontends or Micro UI
• Interaction paradigm with UI elements
• Exposure to CSS and Javascript
