As a Product Designer (Growth), you'll be the design force behind our growth initiatives—obsessing over conversion funnels, user onboarding, engagement mechanics, and monetization touchpoints. You'll combine deep UX expertise with growth hacking mindset, leveraging data and experimentation to design experiences that drive measurable business impact. WHAT YOU'LL DO?

• Drive growth-focused design initiatives across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue optimization
• Design and optimize conversion funnels from first touch to long-term engagement, focusing on key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, retention rates, conversion rates)
• Lead experimentation through design—create A/B tests, landing page variants, onboarding flows, and feature experiments that drive statistically significant improvements

6+ years of hands on experience with both Manual and Automated testing with strong preference of experience using AccelQ on Salesforce ans SAP platforms.

Proven expertise in Salesforce particularly within the Sales Cloud module.

Scope of Work

The solution should:

1. Receive Incoming Calls

• Integrate with our phone system and Retell AI to answer broker calls professionally.
• Detect caller intent and initiate a structured loan intake conversation.

1. Prompt Loan Request Details

• Use natural language conversation to gather key loan scenario data:
• Borrower and broker information
• Property type, location, value
• Loan amount requested, purpose, and timeline
