What will you do?

Governance and Policy Development   

·         Develop, implement, and maintain governance policies, SOPs, and related documentation. 

·         Ensure all policies align with industry standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001 family, and HIPAA). 

·         Monitor policy effectiveness and recommend updates based on organizational changes or regulatory updates. 

Risk Management   

·  Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, threats, and compliance gaps. 

·  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement remediation strategies. 

·  Maintain risk registers and monitor mitigation efforts. 

Compliance Oversight   

·  Support the organization in achieving and maintaining FedRAMP certification. 

·  Manage periodic audits, security assessments, and readiness activities for compliance frameworks. 

·  Track and report on compliance metrics, audit findings, and resolution status. 

Training and Awareness   

·  Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee understanding of compliance policies and procedures. 

·  Act as a point of contact for compliance-related queries within the organization. 

Incident Response and Reporting   

·  Support incident response processes to ensure effective investigation and reporting of compliance-related incidents. 

·  Collaborate with stakeholders to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence. 

Vendor and Third-Party Risk Management   

·  Assess third-party vendors for compliance with organizational policies and standards. 

·  Ensure contracts include appropriate compliance requirements. 

What do you bring to the table?

Education & Experience   

·  Overall 12- 15 years of relevant experience

·  Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, or related field (Master’s preferred). 

·  3+ years of experience in governance, risk, and compliance roles, with specific experience in FedRAMP compliance.  

Knowledge & Skills   

·  Strong understanding of FedRAMP, NIST SP 800-53, ISO 27001, and other relevant frameworks. 

·  Experience in drafting policies, procedures, and SOPs. 

·  Familiarity with GRC tools and platforms (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC). 

·  Excellent communication and documentation skills. 

·  Analytical mindset with attention to detail. 

Certifications (Preferred)   

·  Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) 

·  Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) 

·  Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) 

·  ISO 27001 Lead or Internal auditor

• Proven work experience as a Front-end developer
• Hands on experience with markup languages

• Understanding of layout aesthetics
• Knowledge of SEO principles
• Familiarity with software like Adobe Suite, Photoshop and content management systems
• An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
• BSc degree in Computer Science or relevant field

About the Role

Initiate and drive technical decisions on a multi-functional, Agile team alongside product management, product design, and engineering

Work closely with product to translate abstract business and product requirements into crisp technical specifications along with a delivery roadmap

Resolve blockers and help the team stay productive

Perform code and design reviews

Take part in building the team and iterating on hiring processes

Must have Requirements for the Role

8+ years of experience in a highly technical role at hyper-growth startup or fast-paced company and 2+ years of experience leading a team

Production level experience with Node.js or Go mandatory.

Experience building highly available and performant applications in any major programming language (e.g. Node.js, Go, Javascript)

In-depth knowledge and experience working with major cloud platform (e.g. AWS (must have experience))

Experience leading product teams

You are a good communicator who can explain technical concepts to product managers, designers, support and other engineers

Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment and with geographically distributed teamsIn-depth knowledge of database and web security

What you need to have:

Roles & Responsibilities: 

· Accelerate customer adoption by identifying specific customer segments and industry verticals in West to approach with a value proposition for using Amazon web services platform. 

· Develop long-term strategic relationships with key companies at the C-levels of Business & IT 

· Work closely with the Channels team to ensure that AWS platform is the partner's preferred cloud computing platform across all service lines. 

· Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports. 

· Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services. 

· Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc). 

· Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team. 

· Ensure customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

The right person will possess 10-15 years of experience in IT sales 

· Direct field & management experience in working with enterprise accounts. 

· Would have consistently exceeded key performance metrics. 

· Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives. 

· Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences. 

· Strong technical competencies in the areas of cloud computing, SOA, web services and enterprise software. 

· Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
