Duties and Responsibilities: Technical Consultant  Be able to achieve understanding of Seclore products and gain expertise  Responsible for technical implementation and upgrade of Seclore product  Responsible for handling technical conversations with client’s IT team  Responsible for understanding and learning the new concepts that customer will introduce you to  Understand the processes at customer end as far as technical implementation is concerned.  Understanding and documenting the customer infrastructure  Perform testing of new features before upgrading in the production environment  Handle multiple technical deployments at the same time with varying degrees of complexities  Work with the support and engineering team with assorted expertise  Multitasks and works well in a fast-paced environment  Train users in IT systems Trainer  Work with leadership and internal teams to understand requirements / expectations and objectives  Acquire knowledge on Seclore solutions, underlying technologies and market drivers in order to develop the appropriate training  Design course curriculum to meet training objectives for the targeted audiences  Develop training programs, selecting the appropriate training method to meet learning objectives and to suit the intended audience  Team up with the appropriate internal or external resources for production of self-paced training or video training  Produce and publish training schedules  Deliver training using the most appropriate training technique  As required, coordinate with subject matter experts to augment the delivery of training  Test participants on the knowledge that was imparted and share feedback with the appropriate leaders in the organization  Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.  Observe and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Make improvements as necessary  Organize, facilitate forums of interaction, learning and action for the relevant audiences  Create domain and industry practice documents and share best practices within the organization Skills and Competencies Technical Consultant: Essential o Ability to understand and interpret the complex architecture of client’s environment and based on the understanding create the design and architecture document for implementation of Seclore product o Strong knowledge on webserver, application servers (For e.g. Apache, Tomcat, IIS, WebLogic). Detailed knowledge about the configuration parameters o Should have a good understanding and working knowledge on SSL, Exchange, DNS, Understanding of basic firewall concepts, DMZ, reverse proxy o Proactive thinking with “can do” attitude o A team player with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written o Analytical mind with problem-solving abilities o Customer service orientation  Preferred o Knowledge in OS (Server OS, Windows 7, 8, 8.1 and 10) o Industry certifications like MCSE, MCP, RHEL Certifications: MCSE, MCP o Knowledge of computer security procedures and protocol. o Have a good understanding and working knowledge of Databases like Oracle/MSSQL, LDAP Trainer:  Essential o Proven experience as trainer o Phenomenal communication, presentation and public speaking skills  Preferred o Understanding of effective teaching methodologies and tools o Willingness to keep abreast of new techniques in training

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: •Act as a point-of-contact for technical license issuance and dispatch, creation and dispatch of internal packages needed for technical deployments and upgrades, assigning, tracking and monitoring activities of the team to achieve SLA targets, various reporting activities etc. •Handles real-time voice-calls and chats related to tasks and licensing •Adheres to the TAT on task and licensing activities •Handles email queries and responds in a timely-manner •Achieves basic understanding of Seclore product needed for the task and licensing activities •Handles multiple cases created at the same time with varying degrees of severities and priorities •Effectively communicates procedural and technical issues to internal and external customers/stakeholders •Manages schedule of cases, determines priority and severity levels, negotiates and sets expectations with internal and external customers/stakeholders •Engages with internal teams to prioritize customer requests if needed •Engages in ongoing trainings at functional and organizational level, along with self-learning •Creates support documentation as and when needed •Works in a team with assorted expertise •Comfortable working in shifts •Multitasks and works well in a fast-paced environment QUALIFICATIONS: •Required: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Computer Science •Understands basic details of operating systems and is aware of various technology terminologies •Knows MS-Office Suite in depth •Good to know: Some level of scripting used for automation EXPERIENCE: •1 to 2 years of experience in a customer support/licensing role •Managed customers from regions such as NA, EMEA or APAC •Exposed to working in shifts •Handled customers on the phone •Current job includes exposure to CRM tool •Exposure to severity-based models would be preferable •Exposure to Enterprise/Corporate customers preferable ABILITIES REQUIRED: •Strong customer-focus and passion for customers •Excellent written and verbal communication skills •Strong problem-solving attitude •Keen sense of ownership •Keen to learn and upgrade •Ready to work in a 24/7 support team •Be a team player with ability to stretch (time-wise) when required •Willing to work in high-pressure environment •Skills in planning, organizing, and adapting within a multi-tasking environment •Willing to work in night shifts if needed

Candidate Requirement:- You should have:  A technical degree (Engineering, MCA) or business degree (MBA, BBA) from a reputed institute with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience in the software industry, preferably in IT Security domain.  Experience working as a Presales consultant/ Sales Engineer in Enterprise Software solutions domain.  Should be currently in a Customer facing field Presales role. Should have experience into conducting Demonstrations, POC.  Excellent communication and presentation skills to demonstrate solution concepts via visual representations. Fluent in English.  Ability to manage customer expectations and work independently on project assignments.  Should be in a quota driven role currently. It would be nice if you have:  To have understanding of IT security domain like Encryption, DLP, Information Classification, SAML, AD, LDAP etc.  Knowledge of other technologies like Document Management Systems, ERP (SAP etc.), APIs.  A certification in the knowledge areas related to information security, business process management or IT infrastructure would be a PLUS. You will be a part of the team developing Seclore’s flagship product. It will involve participation in requirements analysis, impact analysis, design, coding, review, testing and preparing test cases. A good conceptual understanding of C/C++ will be required. A good understanding and experience with C/C++, XML, STL, Win32 SDK, Dynamic Library, Process, Multithreading, COM, HTTP , File I/O, Memory Management and Windows and Linux OS concepts will be necessary. Candidate Profile: You are expected to have expertise in C/C++ and decent OO design skills. A good understanding of XML, STL, Win32 SDK, Dynamic Library, Process, Multithreading, COM, HTTP , File I/O, Memory Management and Windows and Linux OS environment is expected. A good aptitude and attitude is a must. You should hold a technical degree (Engineering or MCA). You should have a minimum relevant experience. Experience: 2 to 5 years
