Roles & Responsibilities:-

 Provide first-line support to clients via telephone/email/tickets according to decide by the

company.

 Troubleshooting and resolving IT issues in a timely manner.

 Answering customer questions.

 Receive, Review and Manage client data in the software.

 Facilitate valuable and clear verbal and written communication with clients.

 Coordinate with internal teams to identify & resolve issues as well as opportunities for

improvement of system and services.

 Provide strategic guidance to client personnel on various modules of ERP.

Requirement:-

 Degree in computer science or information technology preferred.

 Microsoft certification is advantageous.

 Previous experience in a support role.

 Experience with remote desktop applications.

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

 Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Description:

The Operations Support Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer queries related to the business portal's features and services. The role also involves building a high-trust value proposition with clients and influencing them to leverage the product in the best possible manner. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with corporate customers on calls/emails, handling already acquired corporate customers with post-sales hand-holding and deliverables.
• Create a high trust value proposition and make clients understand various service offerings and the functionalities of the Promilo website.
• Solve queries related to optimum usage of opted services with quality inputs and provide a resolution within the defined TAT.
• Proper coordination with the Graphic designer team and the sales team.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Approve existing campaigns, Create campaigns, and prolet.
• Develop and deliver reports for every client.
• Submit a report and coordinate with the marketing team to help increase the deliverable for every client as per the requirement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the EdTech, IT services field

Responsibilities for backup engineer

Document configurations and maintain documentation to be utilized by the infrastructure team

Periodically inventory equipment and manage build materials

Adhere to existing data center installation best practices and provide input on site specific best practices as necessary

Install / decommission backup software and other related IT equipment in the data center

Troubleshoot all system issues and incoming support requests

Support any legacy backup environments

Must be willing to work weekend hours and within set maintenance schedules

Certification of new Hardware

This role requires customer engagement

Key Contributor to the formulation and maintenance of an enterprise-wide backup and recovery strategy to ensure timely and effective restoration of IT services and resumption of business activities

Qualifications for backup engineer

Advanced knowledge of Netbackup including the command line environment

Must be able to work on multiple projects and prioritize accordingly with demonstrated time management skills

Possesses excellent troubleshooting and resolution skills

Maintain current knowledge of backup hardware, software, standards, best practices, and industry trends

1 + years of relevant, hands-on experience in Enterprise Backup and Recovery utilizing EMC Data Domain, Quantum tape libraries, EMC VTL, NDMP Backups, Veritas Net Backup, Veritas Backup Exec, Azure Backup, Net Backup Ops Center

Good understanding of the automation tools and scripting including PowerShell
