We are looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Expert to plan, execute, and optimize performance-based digital marketing campaigns across paid media channels. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, deep knowledge of digital advertising platforms, and a proven track record of driving measurable growth through paid campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, LTV, etc.) to evaluate campaign success and ROI.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, landing pages, and creatives optimized for conversions.
- Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance, landing pages, and user journeys.
- Implement tracking through Google Tag Manager, pixels, and third-party attribution tools (e.g., GA4, AppsFlyer).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports, offering insights and data-backed recommendations.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and optimal spend pacing.
- Stay updated with platform updates, algorithm changes, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing or paid digital media.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data sets and drawing actionable insights.
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing tools.
- Familiarity with affiliate, influencer, or programmatic advertising is a plus.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.

Job Summary
We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take charge of our digital presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter). The ideal candidate will be passionate about property, tech-savvy, and obsessed with content that converts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with MrPropTek’s brand and goals.
- Plan, create, and schedule content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) across all major platforms.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments/messages, and grow follower count organically.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote new listings, services, and campaigns.
- Monitor performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversion) and prepare monthly reports.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices, especially in the real estate and proptech space.
- Manage paid social campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to generate leads and drive traffic.
- Oversee influencer collaborations or brand partnerships when relevant.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Strong creative skills in content creation — writing, basic graphic design (Canva, Adobe Suite), and short-form video editing.
