Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Sales Manager based in Mumbai to lead TradeLab’s expansion across Western India. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role tasked with building new client relationships with discount brokers, full-service brokers, banks, and fintech platforms. The role involves minimal account nurturing, with a primary focus on prospecting, pipeline development, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry expertise, an established network in the capital markets, broking, and fintech sectors, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• New Business Development: Drive aggressive acquisition of new clients across Western India by targeting entities aligned with TradeLab’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including discount brokers, full-service brokers, banks, and fintech platforms.
• Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting, qualifying leads, and advancing opportunities through discovery, demonstrations, proposal creation, negotiation, and deal closure.
• End-to-End Sales Ownership: Lead complex, enterprise-grade sales cycles from initial outreach to contract signing, engaging senior stakeholders such as CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, and Heads of Broking.
• Solution Positioning: Collaborate closely with solutions architects and product teams to tailor and position TradeLab’s modular offerings (ORMS, MetaTrader integrations, PULSE AI, CRM/LPA solutions) to address specific client pain points and objectives.
• Regulatory Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEBI guidelines, algo trading controls, T+0 settlement workflows) and articulate their business value to position TradeLab’s solutions as compliance-driven and operationally efficient.
• Brand Representation: Act as TradeLab’s ambassador at industry events, trade shows, webinars, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership in the capital markets ecosystem.
• Market Feedback: Provide actionable, structured insights from client interactions to influence product roadmaps, go-to-market strategies, and solution enhancements.
• CRM Management: Actively maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and client interactions, enabling data-driven decision-making and forecasting.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Lead - Monitoring.

As the Lead - Monitoring, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing our systems and networks. Your responsibilities will include monitoring the performance metrics of our IT infrastructure. Additionally, you will lead troubleshooting efforts, identify and resolve system issues, and implement proactive measures to minimize downtime and disruptions.

This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to implement solutions and improve overall system performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor System Performance:
• Oversee the monitoring of system performance metrics, including uptime, response times, and resource utilization, using monitoring tools such as Nagios, Microsoft SCOM, Site24X7, and other third-party tools, to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:
• Lead the identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of system issues, working closely with technical teams to implement solutions and minimize downtime.
• Capacity Planning:
• Develop and implement capacity planning strategies to forecast future resource needs and optimize system scalability and performance.
• Incident Response:
• Develop and maintain incident response protocols and procedures, including escalation paths and response timelines, to address system outages and critical incidents promptly.
• Monitoring Tools Management:
• Evaluate, select, and manage monitoring tools and technologies to support efficient and effective monitoring of systems, networks, and applications.
• Performance Analysis:

• Cloud Monitoring:

• Synthetic Monitoring:

• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate documentation of monitoring processes, configurations, and incident reports. Generate regular reports on system performance, uptime, and incident resolution metrics.
• KPIs and Dashboards:
• Develop and publish key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, and other reporting mechanisms to provide insights into system performance, trends, and areas for improvement. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders and management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master’s degree preferred)
• Experience:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in system monitoring, performance analysis, and incident response, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong technical expertise in monitoring tools such as Nagios, Microsoft SCOM, Site24X7, and other third-party tools.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, server infrastructure, and cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure), with experience in cloud monitoring, synthetic monitoring, and optimization.
• Technical Skills:
• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell) for automation and monitoring tasks.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Soft Skills:

Data Engineering : Senior Engineer / Manager

As Senior Engineer/ Manager in Data Engineering, you will translate client requirements into technical design, and implement components for a data engineering solutions. Utilize a deep understanding of data integration and big data design principles in creating custom solutions or implementing package solutions. You will independently drive design discussions to insure the necessary health of the overall solution.

Skills & Experience :

- Overall experience of MINIMUM 5+ years with Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in Big Data technologies

- Hands-on experience with the Hadoop stack - HDFS, sqoop, kafka, Pulsar, NiFi, Spark, Spark Streaming, Flink, Storm, hive, oozie, airflow and other components required in building end to end data pipeline. Working knowledge on real-time data pipelines is added advantage.
