Tealbox.Digital is a Marketing-Technology company founded by IIT-Delhi & UC-SD alumni, focused on solving complex problems for businesses operating online. We leverage Paid Media to help clients all over the globe acquire new customers, retain existing ones and maximize customer lifetime value. We have been involved with several pre-sales startups that approached us with the intent to establish their proof of concept and we have enabled those businesses to grow from there to seven-figure turnovers. Our performances have impacted businesses so largely that we were able to set them up to raise capital from large investors. We currently operate in four continents and are growing steadily owing to the current need for businesses to go online and efficient performance marketing solutions to keep this channel sustainable. The businesses we largely work with are small-scale enterprises and startups and we are directly responsible for shaping how their business grows. We are looking for an intern to support website tracking setup and validation using GTM and GA4. This is an entry-level technical role suitable for someone eager to learn digital analytics.
Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing tags and events using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Support GA4 event configuration and testing.
- Use JavaScript and HTML for basic tracking snippets.
- Validate tracking using GTM Preview, DebugView, and Inspect Element.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues and maintain documentation.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript & HTML
- Understanding of UTM parameters
- Ability to use Inspect Element / Developer Tools
- Logical thinking & interest in analytics
Nice-to-Have (Not Mandatory)
- Familiarity with GTM
- Basic exposure to GA4
- Understanding of marketing analytics

As a Junior Ads Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across leading digital platforms. This role is ideal for candidates eager to build a strong foundation in paid media, data-driven marketing, and performance analytics while working closely with experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating, launching, and managing online advertising campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Write ad copy, headlines, and creatives under the guidance of senior team members
- Monitor daily campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as clicks, conversions, and ROI
- Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Support client onboarding by ensuring campaigns are set up accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to optimize campaigns based on performance insights
- Learn and use reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms to track results
- Assist with A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance
- Research target audiences, competitors, and industry trends
- Maintain well-organized records of campaign setups, performance reports, and optimization activities
Skills & Qualifications

- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Interest in data analysis, analytics tools, and performance metrics
