A little bit about the role:
We’re looking for someone with an entrepreneurial and hustle mindset to help crack problems using the first-principles mindset. The day to day activities of this person include strategizing plans to onboard new problem solvers, exploiting new channels to offer value, and executing key strategiesResponsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of key initiatives within a specific vertical of Tealbox
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive projects to closure

Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized self-starter who is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced digital/marketing environment.
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. He/she will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

- Manage Paid Media accounts of multiple clients, to achieve their business goals.
- Conceptualize and implement Paid Media strategies to acquire new customers and grow client businesses.
- Translate Paid Media strategies into ad campaigns and oversee implementation of the following important aspects: keyword research, ad copy drafting, audience research, client/website research, account structure, campaign setup etc.
- Analyze Paid Media campaign performance to develop, execute, test, and report on paid media strategies.
