We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert who can independently manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook & Instagram and drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
• Develop strategies for lead generation, conversions, sales, and brand growth.
• Set up and optimize Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Retargeting campaigns.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
• Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Identify trends, test new strategies, and continuously improve campaign performance.
• Ensure proper implementation and monitoring of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid social media advertising and campaign optimization.
• Experience in handling multiple ad accounts/campaigns.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Candidates must be available for full-time Work From Office in Indore.
