Essential Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (including best practices).
Experience with WordPress development:
Custom theme development or experience with popular page builders like Elementor, Divi, etc.
Plugin customization.
Child theme creation.
Knowledge of responsive web design principles for optimal viewing across devices.
Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
Design Skills:
Creativity and ability to design layouts from scratch.
Ability to create a user-friendly and visually appealing information flow for websites.
Understanding of design principles (composition, color theory, typography).
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Beneficial:
Basic understanding of PHP (especially for theme customization).
Experience with integrating APIs into WordPress websites.
Knowledge of SEO best practices.
Proficiency In design software like Photoshop and Illustrator (for creating graphics and layouts).
Bonus:

We seek a talented Graphic Designer to join our remote team at Hiraya Digital. As a key member of our creative team, you will collaborate closely with marketers, copywriters, and clients to conceptualize and create compelling visual assets that elevate brand identities and enhance digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Create visually appealing designs for digital marketing campaigns:
- Design engaging graphics for social media posts, ads, and banners across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Develop eye-catching visuals for email campaigns, newsletters, and digital assets that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a digital marketing agency or related industry.
- The designers should be familiar with the basics of video editing and can create basic reels, GIFs, and motion stories
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across various digital platforms.
