Surpluss

We are looking for a B2B Growth & Digital Marketing Executive to help build Surpluss into a global B2B brand and marketplace.

This is a hands-on growth role, not a traditional social media marketing position. You will be responsible for generating qualified B2B leads, building acquisition channels, running digital campaigns, developing content, improving SEO and inbound traffic, and working closely with Sales and Procurement to convert marketing activity into business opportunities.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, analytical and hands-on.

You should be comfortable taking a campaign from idea → execution → lead generation → measurement → optimisation.

Candidates with experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, technology, industrial, supply-chain, logistics, procurement or other B2B businesses will be preferred.

Experience generating qualified leads, rather than simply increasing social-media engagement or followers, is highly valued.
