Looking for a Payroll Operations Specialist to manage payroll processing, compliance, and HR operations. The role involves handling payroll for multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, and supporting audits and employee documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Payroll Management (60%)
- Process and reconcile monthly payroll for various regions.
- Conduct audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
- Resolve payroll-related queries and issues.
- Maintain up-to-date payroll process documents.
- Support year-end payroll activities and audits.
- Understand international benefits and their impact on payroll.
✅ HR Operations (40%)
- Manage onboarding documents and employee records.
- Handle background verification for new hires.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and local regulations.
- Draft and issue HR-related documents (letters, salary adjustments, etc.).
- Assist employees with insurance claims and queries.
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
✔ 6-12 years experience in payroll management and HR operations.
✔ Strong compliance and audit knowledge for international payroll processing.
