Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and ensure the successful execution of business development strategies devised by senior leadership.
• Monitor and report on the progress of strategy execution, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Lead, train, and mentor junior Business Development Executives and interns over sales processes and practices.
• Conduct regular training sessions on the use of advanced AI technology in Sales, sharing best sales practices from sales leaders to enhance the team's skills and knowledge.
• Oversee day-to-day sales activities like pipeline review, email validations, and cold-call mock sessions to ensure the sales team aligns in achieving sales targets.
• Support the team in identifying potential clients and establishing strong relationships.
• Assist in the development and delivery of presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Assist the team in achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.
• Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment and synergy in business efforts.

Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges. We are looking for Advanced User Exp Designer with strong capabilities to design and own the product experience. The designer would be responsible for end to end interaction and visual design.

Responsibilities

• Own the design execution while working closely with key stakeholders in design, engineering and business stakeholders to solve user needs and business goals
• Demonstrate mastery of the end-end UX process, including user research for discovery and product definition, and multiple methods of formal and informal user evaluations
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile / Lean UX methodologies
• Prioritize backlog effectively; communicate clear timelines and status updates at all levels
• Guide effective documentation and communication of design - via wireframes, mockups, prototypes and user stories
• Conduct research and evaluation of designs, as well as emerging technology, industry, and market trends

Must Have Background for this Role:

• Bachelor's degree preferably from tier 1/ tier 2 design school.
• Outstanding user experience design portfolio
• Bachelors degree in human factors, psychology, user experience design or related degree
• Some experience in user experience design, interaction design or human factors
• Proficient user experience design skills, e.g., customer journey map, experience diagramming, task analysis, workflow design, etc.
• Experience with observational research and usability testing
• Graduate degree in user experience design, human factors, interaction design or related discipline.
• Fluent with design sketching and prototyping tools, e.g., Axure, Balsamiq, Visio, etc.
• Experience with design trends, benchmarking, forecasting and concept creation
• Experience with project planning, scoping and execution in a phase-gate and/or agile environment

Required Skills for this Role:

• Has 5+ years of experience (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual, product, industrial), User Experience, HCI, or a related field
• Must have strong background in interaction/UX design and continue to be hands-on as an interaction designer
• Conducts user research to understand user needs, mental models and working contexts
• Synthesizes output of stakeholder research & creates visualizations that effectively summarize key insights related to user and customer needs and behaviors, product definition.
• Has real-world experience in managing projects & stakeholders
• Skilled in standard design & wireframing tools (Adobe CC, Sketch) and visual communication

JOB SUMMARY

Work on the website, enterprise applications (multichannel), embedded product UI’s

•  Translate high-level design requirements into wireframes and engaging, intuitive, and functional user interfaces
•  Ability to execute visual designs at all stages of the project. From conceptual to finalization and handover
•  Ability to create visual design concepts, style guides, and design documents
•  Conduct expert/heuristic evaluation reviews of the products and services. Providing design recommendations.
•  Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to implement innovative solutions
•  Work closely with the developer team, manage and maintain designs to meet customer needs, validate and ensure delivering world-class experiences
•  Participate in design discussions and collaborative sessions with teams and stakeholders, offering and providing feedback on concepts and ideas to evolve the experience
•  Create mood boards, mind maps and be a part of brainstorming sessions
•  Deliver high fidelity schematics, workflows, interaction storyboards, and design deliverables that guide creative, content, and development efforts
•  Be a productive and additive teammate, actively helping leaders and peers to raise the bar while also capitalizing on ideas from others
•  Knowledge of Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop design constraints and patterns

• Building and configuring Magento 1x and 2x eCommerce websites.
• Coding of the Magento templates.
• Developing Magento modules in PHP using best practices.
• Designing themes and interfaces.
• Setting performance tasks and goals.
• Troubleshooting integration issues.
• Updating website features and security patches.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of Magento, JavaScript, HTML, PHP, CSS, and MySQL.
• Experience with complete eCommerce lifecycle development.
• Understanding of modern UI/UX trends.
• Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, SEO, Google Analytics, PPC, and A/B Testing.
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage projects and work to strict deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
