Rolling Arrays

We are looking for an experienced server side lead interested in developing products using Python, deployed in cloud environment.
You will be responsible for building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product.
You will also be leading a team of developers ensuring timely delivery of high quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Work across all phases of application development including requirement gathering, coding, release, bug fixing, documentation.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers guiding them in their day to day activities.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to develop and deliver new features and enhance existing ones.
• Rapid prototyping (POCs) based on requirements.
• Test, debug and fix any functional or non-functional issues.
• Work with the architects to ensure feasibility of the design while ensuring all quality attributes are met.
• Participate in deployment and release activities.

Job Requirements:

• 5+years of relevant experience.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Expertise in Python, Django DRF, REST APIs
• Experience with Document DB, RDBMS and ORM.
• Demonstrated ability to write clean and testable code.
• Knowledge of MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, ElasticSearch is preferred.
• Exposure to AWS will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies (ReactJS, Javascript etc) will be a plus.
• Strong team player who can work efficiently in a highly collaborative effort.
•  Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as within a team.

We are looking for a software tester to collaborate with different teams to ensure high quality product deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Review software requirements
• Prepare/ Review test plans and test cases
• Execute test cases, report issues and share test execution reports
• Write test cases to automate the functional testing

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in any test automation framework
• Experience in any test case management tool
• Ability to work as a functional as well as automation tester
• Ability to communicate with development and business teams
• Have keen eye for detail and be able to see the bigger picture
• Strong team player who can work efficiently in a highly collaborative environment
• Motivated and able to work independently
• Experience in performance testing will be a plus

• Ensure alignment with business requirements.
  
• Perform system configuration, Unit Testing, Data loading and user training.
  
• Work with Project Manager and Solution teams to achieve on time on budget projects.
  
• Ability to run HR (Employee Central Payroll/SAP HCM Payroll) business requirement workshop.

• 8+ years in a ECP/SAP HCM Payroll Functional Consulting role
• Completed at-least 6 End to End ECP/ SAP HCM Payroll imfunctional consultant (Payroll implementation is a must)

Job Scope

• Client Engagement: Set up relevant data within the configured SAP SuccessFactors module, to showcase to the client the end-to-end business process. Collect & process the feedback from Clients, to make necessary system changes. Also, extend extensive support to Clients when they test SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Training: Educate clients on how to use SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Documentation: Diligently document Business Requirements to baseline for implementation. Prepare training materials & other documents required for the successful completion of the project. 
• Support: Post implementation, understand the requirements/issues of the client and provide necessary technical solutions. This could include fixing issues and/or implementing new features based on business needs.

• Employee onboarding and conducting orientation & induction for new employees joining.
• Monthly leaves, timesheet & expense verification in the HRIS system.
• Employee offboarding & guiding employees with exit formalities.
• Regularly updating, reviewing, and accurately maintaining all employee master data & files in the HRIS system
• Maintaining and updating data pertaining to company assets & insurances.
• Disseminating information to employees related to employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
• Effectively handling all employee queries & grievances.
• Preparing and dispatching HR letters as per employee requirements & company’s standard processes.
• Maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

 

 

Job Requirements:

 

• Minimum 4 years of work experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong attention to detail and innate ownership of tasks/ activities.
• Ability to work independently and be able to prioritize tasks & meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with a wide variety of people.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential data.

Job Description:
> You will be assigned 4-5 large SAP SF customers who have already implemented SF.
> Managing Support Consultants to handle customer requests/tickets analyse recurring problems to decrease volume of tickets
> Propose new and out of the box solutions within SAP SF to customers and manage any escalation.
> Identify new opportunities at the customers based on existing pain-points & proposing effective solutions available within SAP SF.

This role demands a mix of team delegation, customer first approach, out of the box solution thinking and business acumen to upsell additional SF modules.
