Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage, optimize, and scale our trading infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, containerization, and system automation, with an emphasis on reliability and performance in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment and monitoring.
• Manage and scale cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for high-availability trading systems.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure smooth integration and release processes.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring using tools like Ansible, Terraform, or similar.
• Implement logging, alerting, and monitoring systems for proactive issue detection.
• Ensure system reliability, security, and performance in production environments.
• Manage version control and containerized environments (Git, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and optimize deployment performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS / GCP / Azure.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• Proficient with Linux administration, shell scripting, and Python or Go for automation.
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Datadog.

A Financial Research Analyst is responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support investment decisions, business strategies, or financial forecasting. Their primary role is to provide insights and recommendations based on their research to help guide the organization or clients in making informed financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Collection & Analysis:

• Gather financial data from various sources (e.g., financial statements, market reports, industry trends, etc.).
• Analyze financial information, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.

Market and Industry Research:

• Research industry trends, economic conditions, and market conditions to identify investment opportunities or risks.
• Track competitor performance and benchmarking.

Financial Modeling and Forecasting:

• Build and maintain financial models to project future performance, such as forecasting revenue and expenses.
• Use quantitative tools to evaluate investment options and potential financial outcomes.

Report Creation:

• Prepare detailed reports summarizing findings, analyses, and recommendations for internal stakeholders or clients.

The role of a senior java developer is to ensure high quality software development and delivery to the end client.

As senior software developer, you shall be the technical SME on the project and ensure that the team abide by the quality standard set on the project.

On the Java Expertise Center, you shall be contributing to the knowledge building committee where you will be coaching juniors and demy students

Key Skills:

 Very good knowledge in Java (at least from Java 8).

 Good knowledge of Spring boot

 Experience with JPA/Hibernate

 Experience in middleware such as MessageQueues

 Experience with REST interfaces and GRPC

 Experience with modern agile software development (Continuous Integration)

1. Software Development

 Act autonomously in the delivery of tasks of simple to high complexities on projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training the field team on Sales pitch on regular basis

2. Responsible for revenue generation through sales

3. Drive the off-line lead generation activities for the cities (primarily through referrals) 4. Ensure

minimum 50% sales conversion on the leads assigned to the team 5. Figure out new channels

to generate more leads off-line and ensure conversions on the same 6. Regular evaluation of

the sales team through test and measure their performance 7. Improve the sales efficiency of
