Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive / Sales Support to join our team. You'll provide administrative support, manage data, and maintain dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Processing: Manage orders, track project timetables, and enhance teamwork
- Finance and Accounting: Create invoices, manage accounts
- Administrative Support: Provide support to front-office staff, manage documents, and maintain records
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 0-3 years in back office, dispatch coordination, operation support, or sales support
- Skills:
- Technical: MS Office, Excel, SO/PO management, dispatch management, quotation preparation, and client coordination
- Soft: Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

🔍 Position Details:
Role: Sales Engineer / Sr. Sales Engineer
Experience: 1–10 years
Education: BE/ME in Electrical Engineering
Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹60,000/month (based on experience & expertise)
Location: Vadodara, Ahmedabad, Rajkot
✅ Key Requirements:
Experience in industrial sales – preferably OEM or project sales in machine building
Strong technical acumen and excellent communication skills

Understand customer requirements and convey the same to management.
Help with product modifications based on customer needs.
· Maintain relationships with existing customers – take feedback, resolve problems related to installed equipment, renew orders, etc.
preparation of regular reports.
recording and maintaining client data.
Understanding client quotations and negotiating with them.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
· Bachelor’s in Engineering in Electricals/Electronics
2–5 years of experience in products like, all-purpose industrial automation
· Knowledge of Industrial Motor Production/ Automation
· Good communication and negotiation skills
· Willing to travel twice a week
