Position Title: Crypto Content Writer

As we scale our operations and continue to innovate in the Web3 and digital finance space, we are looking for a proactive crypto content writer to join our team in Madurai and help us build a world-class workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop a wide range of content types including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, case studies, website copy, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.

• Research: Conduct research on industry trends, market analysis, and emerging topics in the cryptocurrency space to produce accurate and insightful content.

• Writing and Editing: Craft clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience while adhering to brand voice and style guidelines. Edit and proofread content for grammar, spelling, and coherence.

• SEO Optimization: Collaborate with the SEO team to incorporate relevant keywords and optimize content for search engines to drive organic traffic to our platform.

• Content Strategy: Contribute to the development of content calendars and strategies aligned with marketing objectives, product launches, and user acquisition campaigns.

• Thought Leadership: Position KoinBX as a thought leader in the cryptocurrency industry by creating thought-provoking content that addresses key industry challenges, trends, and developments.

• User Education: Create educational content to help users understand cryptocurrency trading, investment strategies, security best practices, and platform features.

• Community Engagement: Foster engagement and interaction with our community through social media platforms, forums, and online communities. Monitor user feedback and comments to identify opportunities for content creation and improvement.

• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, design, product, and customer support to ensure content alignment with overall business objectives and user needs.

• Compliance: Ensure all content complies with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, including disclosures and disclaimers related to financial products and services.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2–4 years of professional writing experience, with at least 1 year specifically within the Web3, Crypto, or FinTech space.

Crypto Literacy: A solid understanding of blockchain mechanics, Indian and global crypto regulations, and emerging trends like AI-powered investment tools.

Adaptable Voice: Ability to switch between technical documentation and engaging, first-person social media storytelling.

Growth Mindset: Strong alignment with organic marketing strategies and community building.

Portfolio: A proven track record of published content that demonstrates clarity, accuracy, and a non-robotic writing style.

• 5+ years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Node.js and TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of Node.js frameworks.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, with experience in building scalable applications.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, WebSocket, and asynchronous programming patterns.
• Experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL), including MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.

• 3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on JavaScript stack technologies.
• Proven experience in integrating blockchain technology into web applications, with a deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Proficiency in multisignature, multiparty computation and 3rd party Node provider integration
• Experience with public blockchain platforms such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
• Experience in setting up Bitcoin core, and Geth node is a plus

1. Visual Style: The design should reflect the innovative, secure, and easy-to-use nature of KoinBX, combining modern elements with simplicity.
2. User-Focused: The landing page should clearly communicate the main value propositions of the platform (e.g., fast transactions, security, ease of use, variety of assets).
3. Call to Action: The design should feature a clear and compelling call to action that encourages users to sign up or explore the platform further. (Reference- Check out our ongoing SHIB giveaway)
4. Responsive Design: The layout should be fully responsive, considering both desktop and mobile versions.
5. Brand Guidelines: Ensure that the design follows the principles of the KoinBX brand identity (you can refer to any brand guidelines or previous work we provide).

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in video editing, preferably within fintech, tech, or digital marketing.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant editing software.

Portfolio: A portfolio demonstrating a range of video editing work, showcasing strong storytelling and visual design.

Creativity & Attention to Detail: Strong sense of timing, pacing, and ability to convey messages effectively through visuals.

Collaboration & Communication: Excellent team-working skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback.

• Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Inbound Marketer, or similar role with a focus on SEO and content marketing.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with On-Page SEO (keyword research, content optimization, meta tags, etc.).
• Expertise in Off-Page SEO strategies, including link-building, guest posting, and influencer outreach.
• Proficiency in Technical SEO, including audits, site speed optimization, schema markup, and site architecture.
• Familiarity with inbound marketing tools like HubSpot, Marketo, or ActiveCampaign is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for technical SEO tasks (knowledge of web development concepts is a plus).
• Ability to analyze and interpret SEO and marketing data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to non-technical audiences.

• Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries.
• React Expertise: Deep understanding of React.js and its core principles, including hooks, context API, and state management.
• Tools: Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Webpack), and testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with: Knowledge of TypeScript, Redux, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Design: Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and responsive design.
• Blockchain: Understanding of blockchain technologies and cryptocurrency concepts is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of web and mobile product design experience.

Proficiency in Design Thinking, User Research, and creating case studies.

Strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
