Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced Senior Data Analyst to lead complex data-driven initiatives that influence key business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in data analytics, cloud platforms, and BI tools, along with the ability to communicate findings effectively across cross-functional teams. This role also involves mentoring junior analysts and collaborating closely with business and tech teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the design, execution, and delivery of advanced data analysis projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify KPIs, define requirements, and develop actionable insights.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Perform root cause analysis and uncover meaningful patterns from large datasets.
• Present analytical findings to senior leaders and non-technical audiences.
• Maintain data integrity, quality, and governance in all reporting and analytics solutions.
• Mentor junior analysts and support their professional development.
• Coordinate with data engineering and IT teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.

Must-Have Skills :

• Strong proficiency in SQL and Databricks
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Sound understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI best practices

Good-to-Have :

• Experience with AWS
• Exposure to machine learning and predictive analytics
• Industry-specific analytics experience (preferred but not mandatory)

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.

Hands-on experience with *Zendesk* and *Jira* for managing and tracking issues.

Proficiency with *API testing tools like Postman*.

Experience writing clear and actionable *Root Cause Analysis (RCA)* documents.

Strong understanding of *SLA management* and escalation workflows.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into simple language.

Familiarity with cloud platforms or server-side troubleshooting is a plus, creating troubleshooting guide etc

Willingness to work in a *24/7 on-call rotation* as needed.

• Expert on cloud security, CASB, proxy & content filtering solutions.
• Good knowledge on network security concepts.
• He will be expected to work in Security operations with normal shifts but should be ready to support 24*7 in case of critical issues or scheduled activities.
• Should have good hands on experience on ITSM process.  
• He will also be required to work on new technology evaluation by working with OEMs

What You’ll Do:

• Develop cutting edge user experience

• Strong working experience in IOS application development is a must. First-hand experience of native mobile apps using Swift must.
• Experience with Swift, RxSwift, Swift UI, Unit test.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

· Accelerate customer adoption by identifying specific customer segments and industry verticals in West to approach with a value proposition for using Amazon web services platform. 

· Develop long-term strategic relationships with key companies at the C-levels of Business & IT 

· Work closely with the Channels team to ensure that AWS platform is the partner's preferred cloud computing platform across all service lines. 

· Maintain an accurate forecast and various business reports. 

· Create & articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services. 

· Possess the technical ability to explain (not implement) Cloud Computing, infrastructure solutions (Server, Storage, DC Services) & Internet architectures (firewalls, load balancers, etc). 

· Prepare and give business reviews to the senior management team. 

· Ensure customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

The right person will possess 10-15 years of experience in IT sales 

· Direct field & management experience in working with enterprise accounts. 

· Would have consistently exceeded key performance metrics. 

· Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives. 

· Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences. 

· Strong technical competencies in the areas of cloud computing, SOA, web services and enterprise software. 

· Strong verbal and written communications skills are a must, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
