Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include the following, other duties that may be assigned:

Lead the Requirement Discovery Calls.

Defining the Vision

Managing & Scoping the Product Backlog

Providing solutions to solving the Assortment, Availability, Merchandizing, and Supply Chain Problems in Retail Space

Working on various metrics for Retail Industry KPIs and assessing the performance of a retail business

Work with Data Engineers on giving in-depth knowledge of the Business Requirements.

Understanding the business purpose of the story and defining and analyzing possible alternative ways of satisfying the business purpose of the story

Estimation of Level of Efforts(LOE) and Deployment Timelines.

Accountable for ensuring advanced analytics and data science outcomes are continually improved such that product and service offerings stay aligned with changing business needs and strategic objectives

Performing line management of product teams operating within an AGILE methodology

Collaborating closely with Business Owners and users to define product roadmaps, epics, features and user stories

Working with team members to take shared responsibility for the overall efforts that the team has committed to

Taking responsibility for the quality data solutions that developers produce

Interacting with Stake holders (Internal & External) as necessary to clarify requirements and agree on priorities

Review project team solution designs to ensure technical alignment & consistency against predefined target architecture and established standards

Work in partnership with third party suppliers to formulate and execute delivery of customer-focused Product & Services

Assist in developing standards for data ingestion, data access layers, application and integration of selected SaaS platforms and Data Science solutions as key components of the overall solution architecture

First Level of the Analysis of the Data Issues.

Understand End-End Flow of the application technically and functionally to enable oneself to be an eventual Product Owner.

Build and maintain architecture, design, and metadata documentation

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data or Computer Science or equivalent technical field

Experience in retail industry is must

>5 years of Retail Business experience. Experience in Cloud Technologies is a plus

>2 years’ experience managing stakeholder relationships including influencing & negotiating outcomes

Experience in writing SQL and Complex SQL Queries is a Big Plus

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Developing new features and user interfaces from wireframe models
2. Build pixel-perfect smooth UIs across both mobile platforms
3. Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
4. Fixing bugs and performance problems
5. Writing clean, readable, and testable code
6. Coordinating with back-end developers, designers, and the rest of the team to deliver well-architected and high-quality solutions.
7. Knowledge of native android and iOS development would be an added advantage

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Experience with React Native mobile app development
2. 2+ year of flutter development experience is recommended
3. Experience in IOS preferred
4. A strong Node and JavaScript background
5. Must have built at least two Android and/or iOS apps with Flutter
6. Understanding of the Agile development life-cycle
7. Translating UI/UX designs into code
8. Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
9. Strong understanding of design patterns over and above MVP, MVVM, and MVC
10. Ability to learn and adapt as per the requirement and ready to face new challenges
11. Advanced debugging/testing/optimization
12. Networking and integrating third-party APIs
13. Working with a version control system (i.e., Git)

Basic Qualification:

• 3+ years designing excellent digital products for a cross-functional team; ideally with 2+ years focused on Mobile UX/UI
• A track record of advocacy for the customer and applying user research insights to your design
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps.

Skills:

• Ideally familiar with most or all of the following: Conceptual design, user research, wireframing, UI prototyping, detailed design, usability testing, and implementation.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (Figma, Adobe CC, etc...)
• Excellent communication and the ability to convince stakeholders to buy into your Concepts
• An understanding of business that is equal to your understanding of product owner needs

Job Description: React.JS Developer role

Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
