We are working as an EPC (Engineering Procurement & Construction) Company in power distribution, Civil Work, Water Pipeline & GAS Pipeline Sector.
We are dealing in Power line shifting and lighting work in NHAI Projects, General Electrical Works in Railways, Earthworks at NHAI, Railways and OIL & GAS Sector. The firm was established in 6th Feb 2018 in Delhi with the specific understanding to meet the demands of the growing market in the field of Electrical Power distribution & Civil Engineering. Key Responsibility Areas (KRA) – HR Generalist
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers).
- Liaise with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and orientation of new hires.
2. Employee Engagement
- Develop and implement employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Conduct periodic employee feedback surveys and support action planning.
- Organize team-building and recognition events to foster a positive workplace culture.
3. HR Operations & Compliance
- Maintain employee records and HRIS data accurately and confidentially.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Assist in audits and statutory reporting.
4. Performance Management
- Support the implementation and monitoring of performance appraisal systems.
- Coordinate performance review cycles and assist managers with evaluation processes.
- Track and report on performance trends and support interventions as needed.
5. Training & Development
- Identify training needs in consultation with managers and teams.
- Coordinate training programs, track participation, and evaluate effectiveness.
- Maintain a calendar of learning and development activities.
6. Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Assist in payroll preparation by collecting and verifying attendance and leave records.
- Handle employee queries related to salaries, benefits, and deductions.
- Support administration of insurance, PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits.
7. Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Ensure timely resolution and escalate issues where necessary.
- Promote a harmonious and inclusive workplace environment.

We sell direct across France and Europe from colorneon.com. More than 10,000 homes, bars, restaurants, shops and event planners have bought from us. Every sign is handcrafted, energy-efficient LED neon with a 2-year warranty.
The business runs on Shopify. We built our own 3D neon configurator so customers can design their sign in the browser, and we work AI-first: the team uses Claude and Codex every day to build, test and ship.
We are now opening our first engineering seat in India, in Indore. Until now every technical decision has been made remotely from France. That changes with this hire: one engineer, sitting with the founder, owning the Shopify apps, the storefront rebuild and the configurator. One product, long term, with real ownership.
