Roles & Responsibilities
· Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
· Minimum 3- 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
· Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous.
· Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
· Well-versed with HRMS
· Onboarding and Exit formalities
· Well-versed with entire Payroll Cycle
· HR documentation

· Prepare and maintain employee master (MIS) (Good with excel)

Responsibilities
● Analyse existing landscape of SaaS solutions to identify automation gaps in key
business process
● Integrate best-of-breed SaaS solutions using APIs and Low/No-Code tools
● Build apps to extend existing SaaS solutions like FreshTeams, QuickBooks, ClickUp, etc
using available APIs and SDKs
