Position Summary
The Senior HR Executive - People Experience will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional employee experiences across onboarding, recruitment, engagement, and HRMS management. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively to ensure processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with CNH’s core values.
Key Responsibilities
1. Onboarding
- Coordinate with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to deliver induction programs.
- Facilitate documentation, verification, and orientation sessions for new employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during onboarding.
2. Recruitment
- Manage recruitment processes, including job posting, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and offer rollouts.
- Partner with department heads to understand staffing requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
- Maintain a talent pipeline by leveraging social media platforms, job portals, and referral programs.
- Conduct pre-employment checks and reference verifications to ensure quality hiring.
3. Employee Engagement
- Design and implement programs that enhance employee satisfaction, well-being, and retention.
- Plan and execute initiatives such as town halls, team-building activities, and feedback surveys.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and provide resolution to concerns in a timely manner.
- Analyze engagement metrics to recommend and implement improvements.
4. HRMS Management
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of employee data in the HRMS system.
- Ensure data security and compliance with data protection regulations.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in HR functions, including onboarding, recruitment, employee engagement, and HRMS.
- Proficient in HRMS tools, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.

- Using coding standards and best practices to ensure quality deliverables

- Minimum 2 years of experience. Individuals with a higher degree of expertise will be considered for senior opportunities
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineer or related fields
- Experience working with and presenting summaries of large datasets
- Experience working with JavaScript , Reactnative and frontend frameworks
- Experience on system designs and architecture.
- Working experience with large, complex Enterprise dashboards is a plus.
- Passionate about innovating, learning new skills and technology
- Comfortable working on frontend and backend tasks is a plus

Responsibilities
As an SDET the candidate is expected to develop and maintain automated functional, integration and load tests for web applications that ensure the quality of developed product features. They are supposed to be champions of quality and participate in developing and enhancing continuous delivery solutions. They are expected to participate actively in agile development rhythms (scrum, kanban etc), and be able to read / write good quality code. The role also requires some level of manual testing depending on
project needs.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 3+ years relevant work experience.

3. Experience in Spring Framework is required
4. Minimum 3 years experience with Java or Groovy or Python

JD for IBM MDM developer:
- Experience in customizing IBM MDM version 11.4 or above versions. 11.6/Advance Edition is preferred version.
- Experience with IBM MDM Customization includes Extension, Addition, Business proxies, SDP, Match-Merge Rules, Event Manager, Notification Framework - Exposure to MDM Information Domains (Party, Contract, Product, Location etc.)
- Good experience in Java with RSA/ RAD IDE, SOAP Web Services/rest web service, XML, XSD, WSDL.
- Good experience in SQL preferably with Oracle DB.
