Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. As a Junior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment life cycle for technical positions, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with Senior Technical Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand the hiring needs, technical requirements, and key skills for various positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and other relevant platforms, to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track and maintain accurate candidate data and application status updates.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives, including attending virtual job fairs, hosting webinars, and contributing to the company's social media presence.
