Position Overview:

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our product team as an Associate Product Manager (APM) or Product Manager (PM). The exact designation will be determined based on your performance during the interview process.


In this role, you will play a key part in shaping our product roadmap as we transition from a WhatsApp-centric approach to a true omnichannel strategy. You will contribute to driving product initiatives across marketing, support & AI verticals, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions for our customers.


This role is well-suited for candidates who are curious, analytical, and user-obsessed, whether you are early in your product journey (APM) or already have some prior experience leading product initiatives (PM).


Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop Product Strategy:

* Formulate strategies for various product verticals along with the KPIs.

* Collaborate to develop a 3-6 month product roadmap supported by qualitative and quantitative research.


2. Define Product Requirements:

* Provide detailed product requirements to the engineering team, focusing on the 'why' and 'what' aspects, allowing design and engineering teams the flexibility to decide on the 'how' of implementation.


3. Customer and Stakeholder Interaction:

* Engage extensively with customers and stakeholders, demonstrating empathy and effective communication to understand their needs and feedback.


**4. Build Consensus:**

* Facilitate consensus across stakeholders—Customer/Customer Success, GTM, development—by clearly articulating product decisions and choices.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to define product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics.


5. Execute with Speed:

* Operate with agility and efficiency, ensuring rapid execution in a high-growth startup environment.

* Work with engineering and design teams to deliver solutions with speed and agility.


6. Product Evangelism:

* Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding among both internal and external stakeholders.


What Makes You a Good Fit

4. Experience: You have 1-2 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager/Product Manager for B2B (SaaS preferred), with ownership from concept to launch.

5. Product Adoption: You have experience addressing concerns around product adoption.

6. Customer Interviews: You are comfortable conducting customer interviews remotely and in person, with a deep empathy for customer workflows and pain points.

7. Methodologies: You have working knowledge of lean methodology, agile, and iterative development.

8. Analytical Skills: You possess an analytical background, capable of driving business sense from data.

9. Stakeholder Management: You can handle pressure from multiple stakeholders and have experience driving solutions by working with developers, QA, and other internal & external stakeholders.
