About the Role

The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, interacting with prospective clients, conducting client meetings, and representing the company professionally. This role also requires regular client visits to understand business requirements and ensure strong customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with prospective and existing clients to understand their business requirements.

Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

Visit client locations as required for business meetings, relationship management, and project discussions.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project discussions and successful delivery.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and business presentations.

Negotiate commercial terms and close sales opportunities.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Ensure timely follow-ups and address client queries effectively.

Required Skills

2–4 years of experience in IT Sales and Client Interaction. 

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Ability to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions.

Experience in l account management.

Willingness to travel for client meetings and business visits.

Self-motivated,and result-driven.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cashier or billing executive.
• Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, English, and Tamil.
• Basic computer knowledge and billing software experience.
• High level of honesty and accuracy in handling cash.
• Customer-friendly attitude and professional behavior.

·      Support and fix issues in the IT infrastructure, end-user devices and applications.

·      Manage tickets and provide helpdesk support.

·      Perform desktop troubleshooting for end users.

·      Aid with remote computer deployments.

·      Install and maintain network infrastructure.

You will help the team in building an awesome product with your optimized code. You will make a humongous impact on design, architecture, implementation and enhancement of the applications that exceed client expectations in terms of value and benefit.

You have hands-on experience in building secure, high-performing and scalable mobile applications. Your design intuition inclines towards usability, elegance and simplicity. You are biased towards open-source tools and existing frameworks. You have assisted in shipping applications with beautiful front-end and intelligent back end. Responsibilities

• Develop cutting edge native Android or iOS applications for the mobile platform
• Build, test, maintain and enhance mobile apps having elegant and efficient UI/UX to enhance client experience
• Own features from their ideation, design, development, test, release and maintenance
• Be a resident expert of new trends and implement the latest Android/iOS features to maximize application performance
• Maintain high standards of quality and responsiveness through technical design analysis, code reviews and test automation
• Collaborate with a talented team of product managers, engineers, and designers
• Demonstrate high level of ethics, dedication and teamwork

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
• 4 to 7 years of experience in developing native Android or iOS mobile applications
• Strong knowledge of programming language in Swift or Java/Kotlin, SQLite and IDE like XCode or Android Studio
• Hands on experience in using Location Based Services, REST Web Services Integration, FCM, Firebase and Battery Optimization Techniques
• Strong experience in memory management, performance tuning and resource optimization
• Deep knowledge of mobile automation and unit testing frameworks
• Proven ability to drive large scale projects with deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration and leadership
• Experience in both Android and iOS applications is a plus
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision-making skills
