Position – Human Resource Manager

Experience – 0-2 Years

Location - Hyderabad

 Responsibilities:

1. Prepare new hire paperwork and ensure timely completion.

2. Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and benefits.

3. Assist in the setup of employee records and personnel files.

4. Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.

5. Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns.

6. Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.

7. Participate in disciplinary meetings and investigations under the guidance of senior HR staff.

8. Maintain HRIS (Human Resource Information System) records and ensure data accuracy.

9. Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations.

10. Support with general HR administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.

11. Assist in posting job advertisements on various platforms.

12. Screen resumes and shortlist candidates for interviews.

13. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.

14. Assist in making job offers and preparing employment contracts.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

3. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse teams.

4. Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

5. Proficiency in MS Office.

6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

7. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for young dynamic individuals in the role of Operation and product support, who will be part of our Support Team in Hyderabad. The job will need a fair amount of technical knowledge about Web SaaS portals.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend inquiries and resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint via, email, online chat, helpDesk etc.
• Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution. Suggest or inform customers about the best practices. Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction by going the extra mile to engage customers.
• A certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem- solving is required
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve the
• highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Streamline and expedite operational tasks, including inbound and outbound marketing.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience of 1 year in customer service role handling customer support/technical queries.
• Excellent oral and written communication and people interaction skills.
• Hands-on experience with ticketing software like Freshdesk/Freshchat.
• Good analytical skills with active listening and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Work independently and own the raised matter till closure.
• Work experience in SAAS companies is an added advantage 

1. Java Developer

Job profile:

• Project Role: Spring boot application developer
• Project Role Description: Design, build and configure spring boot applications to meet
• business process and application requirements.
• Work Experience: Fresher. Should have done at least one project in Java. Hands on
• experience on the Spring boot project is an added advantage.

Must Have Skills: Core Java or Spring boot Application

Important: Engineers should be able to code, Interview will involve actual coding

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements
• Understanding of

1. server side technologies, how the web applications work. Role of Database and APIs in modern web and mobile applications.
2. client side web frameworks, such as Angular or React and they integration with back end systems

• Implementation and customization of Web based solutions
• Development of custom components such as web interfaces, Validation Services etc.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
•     Write clean, maintainable code while rapidly iterating and shipping
•      Participate in all phases of development, from design to implementation, unit testing, and release.
•  Knowledge of javascript, OOPS including experience with design Pattern
• Excellent in Design patterns, Data Structure.

Technical Experience:

• Engineers should have done project(s) in Java or Spring boot.
• Knowledge of

1. Test and automation tools
2. Git
3. Restful APIs.
4. Solid understanding of object-oriented design and programming concepts.

• Have a passion for quality and writing clean, solid, readable code that scales and performs well.
