2. Employee Relations:
- Address employee grievances and provide support to resolve conflicts.

3. Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.
- Facilitate training sessions on HR policies, company culture, and other relevant topics.
4. Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.

The role is about 70% support (aka reactive > keeping the customer happy) and 30% success (aka pro-active > helping the customer get success with LimeCall to stick and love us).
On the SUPPORT side, you’ll be doing things like… (80% of your day)
- Helping customers and potential customers on LIVE Chat (we use Intercom)
- Figuring out the “problem” the customer is having with our software. ("My text didn’t get sent, what happened?")

ü WLAN device driver design & development skills for Qualcomm, Broadcom, Marvel or MediaTek Wi-Fi stack.
ü Solid understanding of Wi-Fi 802.11 principles and functionality. Must be able to speak to topics including Wi-Fi roaming logic, security protocols (WPA, WPA2..), etc.
ü Proficient in debugging and implementing Linux device drivers.
ü Working knowledge of development and debugging tools on Android OS, including Klocworks.
