What we want you to do
- This role will comprise 70% TA & 30% of either functions (Admin/HR-Ops/Employee Engagement) depending upon the candidates skill set..
- Work with different department heads to understand the hiring requirement
- Curate Job posts on Various platform
- Recording keeping of resumes
- Maintain database of candidates
- Screen Resume as per requirement of the role.
- Speaking to potential candidates & explaining them the JD
- Schedule Interviews via online meeting portals or face to face interviews.
- Ensure timely feedback from the interview panels.
- Keep good rapport with the candidates.
- Closing the hiring process
What are we looking in you
- Graduate or PG degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- Prior experience as an HR Recruiter
- Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, training, talent management ,etc.)
- Experience with resume databases and ATS
- Sound knowledge of the end to end recruitment process.
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills. Good proficiency in English.
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
1. Candidate Sourcing:
o Utilize various sourcing methods (job portals, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates.
o Assist in building a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
2. Screening and Shortlisting:
o Review resumes and applications to ensure they meet job requirements.
o Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.
3. Coordination:
o Schedule interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
o Communicate with candidates and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics.
4. Interview Support:
o Participate in interviews and assessments, gaining exposure to interview techniques and evaluation criteria.
o Provide feedback to candidates and assist in maintaining positive candidate experience.
5. Documentation:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of new joiners through KYC
o Verify the document submitted by the new joiners.
6. Market Research:
o Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
o Contribute to the development of innovative recruitment strategies.
