- Excellent vendor contacts to ensure timely delivery of quality candidates
- Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media and referrals to identify potential candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System (Ceipal)
Requirements:
- Minimum of 9 to 14 years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with Corp-to-Corp requirements
- Thorough knowledge of US tax terms like W2,1099 & C2C
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Responsibilities :
⢠Full cycle tech-recruitment - Source and hire the Technical Team through sourcing,
databases, networking sites, Social media, direct approach, referrals, etc.
⢠Manage the hiring process and provide a high-touch experience for the candidate
from the application to offer.
⢠Should be able to hire SDE1, SDE2, SDE3, Tech Leads, PMās etc
⢠Provide analytical and well documented recruiting MIS reports to the rest of the
team,

Must have Skills:

- Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (e.g. Stack Overflow and Github)Ā
- Ability to devise innovative sourcing strategies for potential applicants
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work closely with others across different teams.
