Job Summary:

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead the growth and expansion of MOGGS Coffee and Tea, our new concept of specialty coffee and tea products sourced from our managed farmland estates. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic business plan to drive sales, build brand awareness, and establish strong relationships with customers and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to achieve sales targets and expand MOGGS Coffee and Tea's market presence
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and customer relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including cafes, restaurants, retailers, and distributors
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and identify areas for growth
- Work closely with the production team to ensure seamless supply chain management and high-quality product delivery
- Develop and manage sales budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Lead and manage a sales team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the FMCG industry (FMCG background preferred)
- Proven track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets
- Strong network and relationships in the coffee and tea industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to work independently and lead a team
