Responsibilities:
HR :
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the hiring process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.
- Training & Development: Organize training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Performance Management: Implement performance appraisal systems, set employee goals, and provide feedback.

Payroll :
- Salary Processing: Calculate and process employee salaries, including deductions, bonuses, and allowances, ensuring timely payment.
